Asked for slices, saw that the guy had two old slices from that morning chilling in his slice spinner. He reheated them. Offered a combo with drink. Trying the pizza it was definitely pizza made that morning. It would be a 4.2 out of 10. The server was pretty nice though. The crust was not crisp dough but was tough bread. Taset was good when it comes to the sauce, cheese & pepperoni. I did add parm, oregano & chili flakes.
Great pizza for SoCal and love that you can actually just get a slice. Pear and Gorgonzola salad was excellent too.
I love this pizza but was told this store is closing in a month or so. I'm so sad bc it's my son's fave and we frequent this store often. The service and pizza on this visit were amazing as usual. Slices are currently limited to cheese and pepperoni in lieu of the approching closing. Now, we will have to hop on the freeway to visit the HB store as that will be the closest after this store closes for good. Sad to see this place go. The Sgv needs a z pizza!!
