I have gone to the Fuso‘s bar many times which I really enjoyed the bartenders are always great the drinks are always very good. Sometimes I stay and eat appetizers and sometimes I take food home. Tonight I took home chicken Parmesan and I was very disappointed clearly it had been in a pan of some sort for quite some time because I got this crusty cheesy edge which if it was a pizza I’d be happy, but it wasn’t pizza it was chicken Parmesan anyhow I love the veg not overcooked...
My family and I are visiting from Maui and wanted authentic Italian. After looking at a multiple places we decided on FUSO and it did not disappoint. This place is a 10/10!! Shoutout to our server Leyla, she was excellent and provided the best service throughout our dining experience. The food was delicious all around from apps to entrees (i recommend the salmon garlic pasta!) Will definitely come back.
Had dinner with a friend. There were plenty of tables and we were seated immediately. The menu had plenty of options. The food was prepared quickly and was very good. Our server was very attentive and made sure to check on us frequently.
