I’ve loved Fuso for years. Their homemade goat-cheese gnocchi is amazing, along with all of their food and desserts. The service is always so personal and excellent. It’s my favorite restaurant in Vacaville for sure. Cannot say a single negative thing, all positive feelings.
An absolutely wonderful experience here! The whole dinner was delicious from start to finish. We asked for the eggplant dip with bread and we’re not disappointed! Soooo good!

I go to Vacaville once per month. I've been here twice now. Best I can tell this is THE Italian restaurant. It's pricy but I have not regretted spending the money when I want to treat myself to excellent cuisine
