“Came through the drive-through during lunchtime about 12ish and when I got to the intercom, a guy named Kevin came on the intercom and he was amazing. He was super polite the way he was speaking even though I couldn’t see him yet I could hear his smile through the intercom. And when I got to meet him at the window, he was Great, his customer service was so cheerful big smile the whole time I could hear him taking orders of the cars behind me and still I could hear his smile through the intercom for each customer and he just had amazing positive energy, And he had a good sense of urgency with taking orders, getting drinks cashing cars out and pushing the window. “Online Order App Integration is okay. Actual Fulfillment Service is backlogged quite a lot though. Atmosphere is kinda claustrophobic at both Drive Thru, and Take Out dining area. Food Prices are a little high but quality is pretty consistent.
