“Came by early this morning and was pleasantly surprised! I have a big family therefor we always have big orders I always have to deal with employees irritated about my large orders but today was way different! The young man with dreads at the window today was so nice and patient with me I didn't feel rushed in the slightest he made sure my order was right he was just so nice and bubbly it made my day. I'll make sure to visit here again!“
“So of all the fast food places in the area my boyfriend and I prefer this location. The workers here are always very nice and quick. The location is clean and so is the bathroom. The manager in the morning Yuli is super sweet and is on top of it“

“This location always gets our order correct. Bindu is the employee of the year by a mile. Always greeting us with a smile. Food is always so hot and ready. We don't eat here often anymore but when we do it's always better if Bindu is working!“
“This is a good location. Easy to get to with ample parking. They did have a section closed (indoor outdoor area) no reason as to why. Food is good. “I order through the app and pick up my food in the drive-thru and the staff are always warm and friendly and make sure my order is correct. As far as Jack in the Boxes go, I’ve been eating at this one for a decade now and they’ve always been consistently serving good food. I can’t remember ever having a bad order.“
“I have a significantly difficult time going to fast food locations nowadays with the cost of food and the reduction in size of the meals provided. So when I say that I've absolutely never been treated so kindly and quickly in a clean restaurant as I did at the Jack In The Box located at Fruitridge and Stockton you can absolutely believe it. “Placed an mobile online order through the app but for some reason the order on the store’s end said “no beef patty”. Fortunately, the store confirmed with me when I got to the window and I was able to indeed get a beef patty on my burger. I ordered at 10pm yet my food came out hot. I really do appreciate them confirming my order when there was a glitch because who orders a double burger with no meat?? Will definitely return. Solid crew.“
“I like how conveniently placed this Jack in the Box is- just off of Freeport but not in a busy area. This makes Jack a quick and easy trip or stop to get some grub and munchies.
The service/person taking my order has always been kind and polite. I usually order through their flawless app which takes only about 8min to get an order ready. Drive thru usually has a steady line but they are quick about getting out orders.
Although the outside of this location doesn't look the best kept, the inside definitely makes up for that in its cleanliness and organized charm.
The food is what you would expect from a fast food place and personally I would put it a bit above par than other places. Meat portions could use a bit more but caint complain too much because they keep their prices well below other fast food joints.
I especially enjoy the Tacos and Teriyaki Bowls!“
“I work overnights in the area. I know this whole area can be a hit or miss. However, this Friday night was a hit. The drive thru was busy around midnight Friday. My order was perfect, even the tacos and curly fries were freshly just made. The soda was even perfect. So the entire order was as good as it could've possibly have been. I went at the right time. I know I left a horrendous review for that Carl's Jr next door. But it was multiple upon multiple times that the fries were just trash at Carl's Jr. I took a chance with this Jack In The Box this Friday and it was outstanding. I have been here multiple times as well around midnight time. So to be fair since I will never go to that Carl's Jr, I feel I have to leave a very positive review for this Jack in the Box because like I said it was somehow just all cooked and made as good as it could get that night. Overnight atmosphere, we all know what that area looks like overnight, not just Jack in the Box. The entire street of Florin Road at night etc. There is a Police Light and Camera setup there now.“
“This is the last greatest jack in the box left in the Arden Arcade area. It's all the other jack in the box have become some other restaurant. This little guy may have a rough exterior and have a sharp turn into the drive through. But let me tell you, every time I come here. It is nothing but perfect service and the food is great. I don't get sick like some Fast food can offer.“

“I love when people take things out of context and think that you've done something wrong… The person at the drive-through window heard me yell in startlement at my dog because she stuck her wet nose in my ear. No one wants a cold wet dog nose in their ear when it's only 45° outside, am I right?
So the sour/angry little face of that drive-through gamin was not appreciated in my head as a way to start out the day.
