“I'll admit the prices gone up abit but guess all fast foods places have. At lease here there are still abit of value items to buy an still have in your budget and get change back. So it's still nice to go here or dine inside. Do still look at the menus for value meals special.“
“I don’t usually eat out for a bunch of reasons, but every now and then, I stop by this Jack in the Box. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while, and today’s the day!
Overall, this place is rocks!! The tacos actually look and taste like the ones on TV—crispy, fresh, and not overly greasy like at other locations. We’ve also had the croissants, and they were spot on.
Today, I tried the 2 burgers for $6 deal. I’ll be honest—my expectations were low, but I was wrong! The food was good, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do.
The staff here is friendly and hardworking. Even when it gets busy, they handle it well and make sure everything comes out right.

“I love when people take things out of context and think that you've done something wrong… The person at the drive-through window heard me yell in startlement at my dog because she stuck her wet nose in my ear. No one wants a cold wet dog nose in their ear when it's only 45° outside, am I right?
So the sour/angry little face of that drive-through gamin was not appreciated in my head as a way to start out the day.
Don't think you know the whole story when you don't.

“I have a significantly difficult time going to fast food locations nowadays with the cost of food and the reduction in size of the meals provided. So when I say that I've absolutely never been treated so kindly and quickly in a clean restaurant as I did at the Jack In The Box located at Fruitridge and Stockton you can absolutely believe it. I definitely will return!“
“This is a good location. Easy to get to with ample parking. They did have a section closed (indoor outdoor area) no reason as to why. Food is good. They do have the best sweet tea that comes from a machine. Cheap combo meal was $14, yikes. Great curly fries and the place was clean. \nSee our YouTube channel Coolest Life.“

“On Father’s Day, I went here to pickup some lunch with my father, and I got the chicken strips and onion rings while my father got a cheeseburger and shared some onion rings with me. The food was so delicious, the onion rings were so crunch and delicious and the chicken strips too. My father enjoyed the burger.“

The quality of the food was satisfactory, consistent with the standards of Jack in the Box.
The pricing structure requires review, as the cost of adding a second meat patty should not be equivalent to the cost of an additional burger.
It is unclear whether the burger should have two slices of tomato or only one.“
“I work overnights in the area. I know this whole area can be a hit or miss. However, this Friday night was a hit. The drive thru was busy around midnight Friday. My order was perfect, even the tacos and curly fries were freshly just made. The soda was even perfect. So the entire order was as good as it could've possibly have been. I went at the right time. I know I left a horrendous review for that Carl's Jr next door. But it was multiple upon multiple times that the fries were just trash at Carl's Jr. I took a chance with this Jack In The Box this Friday and it was outstanding. I have been here multiple times as well around midnight time. So to be fair since I will never go to that Carl's Jr, I feel I have to leave a very positive review for this Jack in the Box because like I said it was somehow just all cooked and made as good as it could get that night. Overnight atmosphere, we all know what that area looks like overnight, not just Jack in the Box. The entire street of Florin Road at night etc. There is a Police Light and Camera setup there now.“
“Bathrooms locked they had to open first time no kind of paper of any kind but the monster tacos are great. I have loved there regular tacos onion rings and burgers for years but stopped eating cheap food but there 2 for 3 monster tacos are ?“
“I don't normally go during rush hours, dine in, or order in the restaurant. But I do go during late hours ( drive through). From my experience.. Antoinette. I think that's how she spellsher name, she's one of the drive through employee. She works night shift. My first expression when I first saw her.. I was like " omg she's going to be slow as heck!!! ". I was assuming already because she's a big tall person and i thought she's going to be slow as every body that works there.. most employees that works there, they take their time not knowing we're in a hurry to get to where we need to go. But wow!! She's quick.. like really quick. I love how she works.. she's really fast in taking orders.. packing my food, making sure I have all my orders, ask me if I need sauce with out me checking my bags to see if my sauce was given to me. I have to praise her on one specific thing. One time I did a drive through I was in a bad mood from work already and being hungry that makes it worse since the line was long.. I pulled up looking grumpy and moody and I know I acted rude lol.. she looked at me and smile and say " hi " your total is.. Her politeness changes my mood that night. She didn't mumbled under her breath, talked back, or rolled her eyes like other employees do. I wish other employees have a good customer service as her, as quick as her., and polite as her. I give her a 10+ for her customer service.“
“I like how conveniently placed this Jack in the Box is- just off of Freeport but not in a busy area. This makes Jack a quick and easy trip or stop to get some grub and munchies.
The service/person taking my order has always been kind and polite. I usually order through their flawless app which takes only about 8min to get an order ready. Drive thru usually has a steady line but they are quick about getting out orders.
Although the outside of this location doesn't look the best kept, the inside definitely makes up for that in its cleanliness and organized charm.
The food is what you would expect from a fast food place and personally I would put it a bit above par than other places. Meat portions could use a bit more but caint complain too much because they keep their prices well below other fast food joints.
I especially enjoy the Tacos and Teriyaki Bowls!“

“Driving DD last night for my friends, stopped to get some Jack in the box before heading home, got some tiny tacos and a chicken sandwich no lettuce, Extra mayo. The dude ringing everyone up at almost 3 o’clock in the morning was so polite and honestly just such a chill dude He repeated my order back to me, making sure we got everything right, good thing too, because I almost got loaded tiny tacos, instead of plain, he let me get some extras at the window and had no problem, adding them onto our order Usually, I don’t review fast food food because it’s fast food lol and there’s not much to review But the guy working in the drive-through and his partner in the back cooking the food, deserve some Respect. I believe the cashier name was Darren or Damien, one of the two. I hope he sees this review, or the management let him know how great he’s doing. I know how hard it is to keep up a Good customer service attitude, especially working such Later hours. Thank you for the tiny tacos and the 10 ranch And for letting my besties modify their food, however they wanted. I Literally cannot remember where I put my receipt at after we checked out, but I would have done the survey to just to let you guys know how great he is. Thanks man. I hope you see this. “Came by early this morning and was pleasantly surprised! I have a big family therefor we always have big orders I always have to deal with employees irritated about my large orders but today was way different! The young man with dreads at the window today was so nice and patient with me I didn't feel rushed in the slightest he made sure my order was right he was just so nice and bubbly it made my day. I'll make sure to visit here again!“
