“Sometimes service can be slow, but I have no idea if there's a large order before me or what. Of course I am also part of slow service because I like extra well done fries without salt. Their well done fries are better than McDonald's well done fries. I love that I can get breakfast anytime I am there. I can't rate the atmosphere because I am a drive thru customer. Generally their fast food is some of the best fast food in taste and appearance.“
“I did not get much sleep last night and was not at my best this morning and did not want to make breakfast, so I drove to Jack in the Box, I was greeted by Jeremiah. What a nice person and very welcoming. Sometimes I worry about the future generation, but having someone like Jeremiah will make this world a better place. He made my morning and the rest of the day. We need more people like him in the world. Jerimiah please continue giving excellent customer service with a little bit of humanity. You never know what people are going through. We need more of that. Also, my breakfast was hot and good.“
“I never go into this place, I only go through the drive-through to order. About half the time, they don't get your order right, so check I before you leave. Customer service isn't too bad, but sometimes you can't hardly understand what they are saying over the intercom.“
