Johnny Rockets is a popular restaurant known for its quality food and reliable service. Based on the reviews, the food quality is rated 4 out of 5 stars, suggesting a satisfying dining experience. However, the establishment faces some challenges with its order processing system, leading to long wait times, particularly during peak hours between 1 to 5 pm. The reviews mention the frustration of having to scan and enter each order separately, even for those with a season dining pass. The restaurant could benefit from a more efficient point-of-sale system and a better-functioning mobile app order pickup feature to improve the overall customer experience.
