The lady was so nice helping me out. She knew EXACTLY what I wanted. She made it fast and efficient. She was VERY professional. She was really kind. There wasn’t a big line at all. The space was very clean and it smelled good.Kid-friendliness: The lady was really nice. She helped me out and made my drink really fast.

Customer service is excellent above and beyond here! Annie is very sweet and knowledgeable and explains everything. I tried the spinach drink and it was pretty tasty . I'll be back for more once again when I'm back to do some shopping here next time .

Very refreshing, but I wish there was stronger tea flavor. The boba was smaller than I'm used to, but the texture was perfect. Good ice to liquid ratio and not too sweet--just needs more tea flavor (for me).

Tea Flavor was nice but barely detectable.Love the proximity to our home!Was really excited to try something closer.We had the:Jasmine w/ Boba tea (lessER sweet)Thai Iced tea (less sweet)The flavor of both drinks was very… mild? Delicate? Really authentic taste but… maybe too light and was overpowered by milk/water. I usually go for what ever the house tapioca pearl boba is and (over the 30+ boba places I’ve been) I’m used to those either resting in honey or some kind of sweet mixture. These boba were not sweet/no flavor and very soft. As in, not chewy just gelatinous soft. This could just be a more traditional style of boba maybe? Either way I prefer the flavor of my jasmine tea to come through more.They did have some coconut cakes (ube & pandan flavor) which looked yummy to try.Great title because from parking lot you have to look for Valley marketplace. Once you get closer then the Boba signs emerge. It is right at the checkout area so a little cramped feeling. Would have been nice for a little bench or sign saying “wait here” or waiting area.But the marketplace has a lot of really cool unique stuff so kinda fun walking around.Unfortunately this place didn’t hit the mark for us. Looks like its back to gong cha for now. We’ll try again in a year to see if they change or hone in their recipes.Good luck and enjoy for anyone who likes this style:)

Shop is located inside the grocery store, kiosk is clean and organized. Presentation of drinks are good but the flavors and taste need some improvement. The Ice Scramble is too sweet, Matcha drink is bland

We came here from LA just to try the Ice Scramble. We got there before 6pm 5:56pm to be exact. And the lady who was just sitting inside the store and using her cell phone said the store was close but the sign said they close at 6:30pm. It looks like the lady was just killing time or don't feel like working. So I told her that they should change their sign, but the lady just rolled her eyes on me. The owner should fire this rude lady. Don't deserve even 1 star at all.

The boba was sub par. I ordered a matcha with boba , it tasted like a water icee with a little bit of Boba. Was very disappointed especially having drove from Castaic to try them.
I wish I had pictures from my baby shower yesterday of the boba bar we had. But we did indeed have Sago Boba cater it and it was a hit. We ordered three gallons of the Thai tea and four containers of boba. Served all of my very satisfied guests, including this expecting mama. We had fifty guests and the three gallons was the perfect amount and we even had some left to take home. Pricing is definitely reasonable as well. Highly recommend them!

This is one of my new favorite places to get boba! Their drinks are absolutely delicious and the people are great. My favorite thing to get is the Ube halo halo with boba! It has pudding, most of the elements that make halo halo and the base is Ube! Seriously? What's not to love! The other flavors are good too!! I eventually would like to try their food!

AMAZING SPOT! You have to try their calamansi drink!! it's so refreshing and yummy. i get mine with strawberry boba and mango jelly today i tried the chicken spring wrap and OMG. i wanted more!! the lady working is here so nice to!! can't wait to try all the rest of there things

Usually shop at Valley Marketplace, and saw this boba shop that opened recently inside Valley Marketplace. I decided to give it a try. I got the Mango Lemonade with Rainbow Jelly drink and I was quite impressed. Will definitely come back again for another drink!

I've been on the search for good Boba since moving here to Santa Clarita a couple months ago and have been very disappointed. I was literally shooed out at one of the other ones rated high on Yelp closer to my house. I saw sago boba had good reviews. I felt weird going into a grocery store for boba so I wAited till I needed groceries and went and boy am I glad I did. It's delicious. The boba is legit. The customer service is great and my drink was yummy!!!!I got a iced mocha boba and they made my 4 yo a fruity one w jelly (I wish I had gotten the name of it because it was really really good and I will be ordering it again). Thank goodness I found a good boba place. I was starting to regret moving here (kidding not kidding).
