Needed to use the restroom pretty badly and asked for the bathroom code. They insisted I needed to purchase something. After I explained I was a regular customer and needed to use the bathroom pretty urgently since we were returning from a Memorial Day weekend long drive, they insisted I buy something or go to the mall to use the restroom. Hoping corporate sees this and trains thier staff better. I would have bought a coffee but explained to him to I had purchased Starbucks earlier that day and didn’t need another coffee today.

Walked into this Starbuck taking a break off hwy 5. Needed a private break 1st, then ordering. Got questioned if I'll make a purchase to be allowed the restroom code. Most folks, unless you have a homeless problem (whom most would be famliar) and not too many in Valencia, walking into a Starbuck intends to order. The little girl at the counter had many excuses why I was questioned. I've visited plenty of Starbucks without being questioned as such. Your location is, of course, off Hwy 5 a major thoroughfare. One would expect travelers to 1st need a private break before ordering. Up Northern CA, this isn't happening. Won't stop here again unless there is a noted opportunity for improvement by management. I usually tip well with good service. Today, she didn't earn any.

Dear REGIONAL MANAGER/ OR MANAGER, Not sure who will read this but I just need to express how satisfied I am with your employee Gianna! Came in tonight, escaping my chaotic home filled with school aged twins, a teenager, a toddler and a husband. To be greeted and educated on your coffee. Gianna answered all my questions flawlessly and handled it with such grace! Please let her know that she is well knowledgeable in her coffee, but most of all, impeccable customer service! Thank you Gianna for allowing me to have a blissful sip of coffee this late at night !
