My mom was staying in the hotels near this Sam's Flaming Grill and I was just reminded of why this place is so GOOD. The meat is tender and flavorful--it is seasoned perfectly. I really liked the chicken kabob, but the beef shawarma was very good too. We had the combo plates that came with sides like cucumber sauce, tabouli, and hummus--they were all very delicious and flavorful, exactly what I would expect from a Mediterranean place that knows what it's doing. Whenever I'm in town I would order the salmon with rice and cucumber yogurt and eggplant among other things. I'v thoroughly enjoyed the meals. But this time, the salmon portion has gotten small and hard. I'll stick with the lamb and beef kabobs next time. SDG
