This taco truck is literally on the side of the road, but it was absolutely delicious. All the different meats had its own distinct flavor, and the salsas that were paired with each of them really brightened up each taco. The tortillas were hot, the meats were grilled to perfection, and this is possibly one of the best taco stands in the area.
Been living in Valencia for over 5 years and I just discovered this place. The food is amazing and the prices are great a must try.

Tacos El Flaco 2 is a taco truck on the side of the road that serves absolutely delicious food. All the different meats have their own distinct flavor, and the salsas paired with each of them really brighten up each taco. The tortillas are hot, and the meats are grilled to perfection. The carne asada tacos are a clear standout — juicy with perfectly charred edges, well seasoned without being overpowering, and packed with smoky grilled flavor. The extra crispy tortilla served with beans adds a crunchy element and a creamy, savory balance. The complimentary fried jalapeños are blistered just enough to mellow the heat while adding a smoky kick. Other items include the flavorful birria ramen, tacos pastor with tons of meat, the nopales and egg breakfast with a side of rice, and 2 tacos pollo with sour cream and cheese. A crispy tortilla with beans is added as an extra. The mango fresca is very light, not too sweet, and fresh. The chicharrones are crunchy and tasty. Prices are fair, and the food has good flavors. This is possibly one of the best taco stands in the area.
