I've been Hilton Diamond for over 10 years- This is easily the best Embassy chef going. Skip looking around and just eat here! Beautiful food within a reasonable drive.

This hotel staff is super friendly and really accommodating with everything you might need. The chefs who cook the morning breakfast are really give you more food than you could ask for. The bartenders at night are attentive and friendly, and the food is filling and tasty. The Happy Hour are really good and Alex will give you excellent recommendations if you ask him.My stay was really great!

In the spacious restaurant, you can choose food from salads to main dishes. The breakfast was good, where you could order the omelet or fried eggs you wanted.

My first experience at the Embassy Suites and so far they have a very well kept hotel with a great pool with jacuzzi. My room is amazing! It feel's just like a resort hotel 10/10. Now at the bar area we had some unbelievable cocktails made by Alex. Alex has great recommendations on drinks and their food items. Very welcoming place!

Chef Robert is the best... you wouldn't expect a NY steak to be good in a hotel restaurant but he knocks it out of the ballpark!!! Cooked to perfection with a side of fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus... the steak was crusted with blue cheese and a Demi glaze that melts in your mouth!!! If you are traveling or a local come out and try Chef Roberts delicious specialties!!

Really nice people who work in the bar and a great chef. There is decent bar food and some upscale options. The burgers are right on par with what you would expect. The pizzas are flatbread and don't disappoint. Prices are fair as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Downstairs lobby of the hotel so very wheelchair accessible.

Alex and Jessica were super nice. They remembered us from the day before. We came down from our rooms and the saw us right away had our drinks ready. Excellent service. Deffinitly recommend!!!

The drink was good. The service after that was horrible. Do not come here. Even if you bare staying at the Embassy Suites which this restaurant is inside, go somewhere else. The bar tenders and servers were lore interested in counting cash and taking and texting than asking if you want a menu or waiting 20 minutes after you finish a drink to ask for another. The service was horrible and just ignored me. In fact just stay somewhere else.
Food and service was incredible during my stay here. The man behind the bar Alex, was friendly, welcoming and quick on the refills. The menu is seasonal, but during my stay the Brussel sprouts and tacos were delicious.

To be honest I wasn't expecting much.......I was wrong. We were greated by Devon who was clearly rushed off his feet but hustling his butt. Sorry Devon I was kinda picky about the wine selection but kudos to you for your patience. The food, was delicious, wedge salad and chili. MmmmmmmmmThanks to all that provided us with an excellent meal but special thanks to Devon for his patience and fantastic service.

I was traveling with a friend, and I-5 was closed due to a wildfire. We ended up staying overnight at Embassy Suites, where this bar is located. I enjoyed happy hour and a southwest salad for dinner. Food was good, and Morris really helped us feel welcome (besides being an excellent waiter). Thanks Morris!

I was staying in a hotel down the road and walked over to grab a quick bite to eat. The MLB home run derby was on so I went to the bar to watch and have a drink/dinner. Food was decent, price was ok for what I got, and atmosphere was as expected for a Monday night. Nothing fancy here but good for being in a random area and not knowing anything else nearby.
