Copper Hill BBQ offers delicious barbecue with a perfect balance of flavors. The restaurant provides a variety of meats, including tri-tip and brisket, all cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with plenty of outdoor space. Service is friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome. Portions are satisfying, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Guests have enjoyed dishes like the 1/2 Tri tip with garlic bread and side, as well as brisket with cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The tri-tip is tender and flavorful, and the salad and dressing are amazing—fresh and crisp. The Garlic Herb Mushrooms were exceptional and the Classic Coleslaw was really nice and snappy and fresh. The staff were all very friendly. The atmosphere is very cute with a rustic vibe. Copper Hill BBQ is wonderful!
