It was my first time trying out this spot and I left completely satisfied with the food and the service. It’s very rare to find restaurants with super attentive staff. Every person was on top of it and was super friendly. You will definitely not regret stopping by here. They will make sure you leave satisfied.
Came here for a family lunch with my partner and his parents, and we were blown away with how good the food was!! We loved the mac n cheese the most for sides and honestly we couldn't pick between any of the meats, they were all amazing. I got a tri tip sandwich that I loved, it was a 9.5/10 the only thing that could have made it better was if there was au jus, but that's my personal preference.
Came mid week, wasn't too busy. Ordered tri-tip with spicy slaw. Sooo much food. Meat was moist and tender. Slaw had a slight kick, but tasted very fresh and crunchy. We were too full to try desserts. This was our 1st time at Copper Hill and we would definitely return.

Copper Hill BBQ offers delicious barbecue with a perfect balance of flavors. The restaurant provides a variety of meats, including tri-tip and brisket, all cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with plenty of outdoor space. Service is friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome. Portions are satisfying, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Guests have enjoyed dishes like the 1/2 Tri tip with garlic bread and side, as well as brisket with cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The tri-tip is tender and flavorful, and the salad and dressing are amazing—fresh and crisp. The Garlic Herb Mushrooms were exceptional and the Classic Coleslaw was really nice and snappy and fresh. The staff were all very friendly. The atmosphere is very cute with a rustic vibe. Copper Hill BBQ is wonderful!
