We came to Broil Daddy to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. We were a party of 10, and I called ahead to give them a heads-up since they don’t take reservations.

The food itself was good and definitely lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. From the start, our server made us feel unwelcomed and rushed. It was our first time dining here, but no help or guidance was offered with the menu, which made the experience feel uncomfortable rather than enjoyable—especially for a birthday celebration.

While the food was solid, the poor service left a lasting impression, and because of that, I wouldn’t return. I hope this is something management can address, as it has the potential to be a great spot with better customer service.

I ordered the peeled shrimp bag and added a crab leg corn,potatoes sausage and egg. EVERYTHING BUT THE EGG WAS DISGUSTING. Also they didn’t even give me the crab leg they didn’t charge me but they also didnt communicate so I can choose if I still wanted it. Thats the main reason I went there, to try the crab.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I definitely had to take a moment and give this place 10/10. Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious definitely recommend this place. Even at there busiest they made sure all customers were taken care off.

absolutely disgusting the shrimp was mushy I don’t know how to explain the shrimp quality it was so bad. The shrimp didnt have that firm shape but it was falling apart and mushy. I went there before but it could’ve been a mistake. I hope that it was a one time thing because their sauce is okay.

We came here for a birthday and the service from Rigo and his staff was welcoming and fun. I had a fish po boy, my husband had fish and garlic fries, and our friends had a Captain Daddy's boy all were very good and the spices were fantastic. Gracias por todos!

$170 for a bag that had 1 whole crab, 2 lobster tails, a pound of shrimp, two half ears of corn, two potatoes, and 5 slices (not links) of sausage. Severely overpriced for seafood boil. Would have gotten more food for $50 at Red Lobster... Flavor was average for cajun seafood boil.

Was not given crab crackers, also no sturdy silverware, only plastic forks. Was given packets of tartar sauce rather than house made. Soft drinks are cans only. Slow service; check your receipt before you leave :( Will tip themselves if you aren't taking a look at the screen right as you pay.

Small place. Only 1 bathroom, but it was clean and stocked.

I am beyond disappointed and honestly disturbed by my experience at this restaurant.
My seafood order was mistakenly delivered to another table. That table opened the dish and ate some of the rice. Instead of immediately discarding the entire plate and remaking the meal, the server brought the same dish back to me after realizing the mistake. I was told “they didn’t touch it,” which was completely untrue.
Once food has been served to another table and opened, it should NEVER be given to another guest — especially seafood. This is basic food safety. The fact that this was even debated is alarming.
There was no compensation, no manager intervention, and no real accountability — just a casual apology. Only the rice was replaced, which does not resolve the fact that the rest of the dish had already been handled and served elsewhere.
This was not a minor mistake; it was a serious hygiene and professionalism failure. I should not have to question whether my food is safe to eat.
Serving food that has already been eaten by another table isn’t just careless — it’s unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

I went last night for a take out order, two different transactions with two different cards. Both times the cards were charged but their “WiFi crashed” and so the charges didn’t show up on their system, but it did on their bank account?

So they asked to charge me again, and said the money “probably” should go back to my account.

Both pending charges went through so I’ve been charged twice for the same order. It’s been hard to get a hold of the manager over the phone to solve this.

Great food and friendly service but this is really frustrating. They told me to call back again tomorrow morning. I’ll update my review once I get my money back.

I want to say that the service was very good. The cashier who was also was serving the food was great and had us sit down. They brought water immediately and we were able to order half pound of king crab and shrimp with no head. We also added additional shrimp and sausage. Everything was good and the cashier was nice enough to bring a cracker, scissors, and zipper for the crab, explaining how to do it. We also got the Daddy sauce which uses cajun sauce mixed with garlic butter and we just had normal flavor, not spicy. They also gave us bibs and gloves. Overall, service was great and the pricing was really good. I recommend this place for to go or a sit in.

The order was 1/2 lb. shrimp with head on, daddy sauce-mild spicy with corn and side of jasmine rice. Joe and his team are so friendly and inviting. I live in Sacramento, CA and stopped at Boil Daddy on the way home. There are a few boil spots in my town yet I must say this seafood is the best I've had. Delicious!
