Best sushi in Santa Clarita valley. Very fresh and very Japanese style. I’ve been to Japan three times and they are as good as any there.
Got the Ananto bowl and the fish was much higher quality than I expected! There was an odd smell when I first walked in, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Definitely going to come back.
If you live in Stevenson Ranch or anywhere in the SCV and still think you need to drive over the hill for truly high-quality sushi, it’s time to discover Ananto Sushi.
