“When I saw this at my fb add, I wanted to check this fusion out.. since there is no ayce fusion in the valley, I had to try it, and it was very good. It's 59.99 for the price for reg, and the vip is 70.99. Remember, it's fusion, not regular sushi.“

“My husband was craving Teppanyaki so we came to Yamato on a Saturday night and it was pretty crowded but since we really just wanted the food and didn’t necessarily want to see the “show” we were seated pretty quickly at a nice spacious booth. The servers were very friendly and attentive. We got the hibachi steak and shrimp and the hibachi steak and scallops which were both delicious. The fried rice was extremely flavorful and the portions are generous. The side of veggies was absolutely amazing. The price point is also very good. Some teppanyaki restaurants are extremely overpriced and Yamato is priced fairly especially for how much food you get. The atmosphere is fun and lively and perfect for celebrating birthdays, graduations, etc.

“Was heading over the grapevine and was looking for a place to charge my Tesla. I was delighted to find a station with a sushi spot. I ordered pickup via DoorDash and when I got there they were super friendly and had it all ready. We used the potty and grabbed our food and ate it in the car while we charged. Got salmon rolls and gyoza and they were SO tasty! This is gonna be our go to from now on.“

“Cool little sushi bar off the beaten path that does all you can eat. Found this place on social media and had to try it. Family made it a sushi adventure trip with about an hour drive. “I lived in NYC for 7 years and in LA for 7 years now and I didn't expect to find my favorite poke place in Santa Clarita but this is my absolute favorite poke place of all I tried without a doubt. Always great value and fast service here. For $16 you get several scoops of protein, lots of toppings, sauces, free miso soup and seaweed most days only unavailable when they run out. One of the most delicious, satisfying, and nourishing meals you can get eating out in this economy. My favorite sauces are Yuzu and spicy ones (Lava or Volcano or Sriracha). I like this place so much so that it ruined other poke places for me! For vegetarians they have tofu. Thank you Deep Sea Poke for many generous meals in the last several years 💙“

“This is a hidden gem in Castaic! I was blown away by how delicious the Tonkotsu Black Garlic ramen was. The pork was cooked perfectly, the eggs were phenomenal, and the broth was hearty! I am from LA and have been to many delicious spots, so I have a knack for finding authentic ramen. This is by far the best ramen in Santa Clarita that I have tried. “As you enter you are greeted by an open and spacious space. The sushi bar area is nicely decorated and looks well maintained. The entire restaurant is meticulously clean with everything in its place.

Service is attentive and gracious. I ordered the Chicken Karaage Curry and my mom ordered the Salmon Collar. When our food arrived it looked fantastic. The Chicken Karaage looked really crunchy. I ate a piece off the top and it was extremely crunchy, my expectations were high. I dipped a piece of chicken into the curry sauce, but the sauce seemed bland. As I ate it was clear the chicken was incredible, but the curry sauce was broken. There were multiple signs of separation. Some parts were watery and bland, other parts were thicker with stronger flavor. In the picture separation can be seen around the edges of the sauce. Another issue is the rice was room temperature and the grains were starting to tighten and did not mix well with the curry sauce. The disappointing thing is both issues could have easily been fixed before serving. The curry sauce was an easy fix and the rice just had to be warmed. Small things really do make a big difference. I would give the Chicken Karaage alone a 5 out of 5, but with the curry sauce and rice, I would knock that down to a 3.5 out of 5. If everything was freshly made I'm sure it would have been a 5 out of 5.

This is a Sushi Bar and I didn't even try the sushi, so I can't say much about it. However, the prices are very reasonable and definitely worth a try.

“This place is basically walking distance from my house. I have gone to Babytuna a handful of times and always had AYCE. The sushi is amazing and fresh each and every time I go. Service is amazing as well. A few times they were extremely busy so it took awhile to get started but so what, once they served me they let me stay longer than an hour and gave me items on the menu which are limited to 2 orders maximum, a few extra times. Maybe it’s not the most premiering sushi parlor in Los Angeles but it’s damnnnn good. What you get here for $50 at another place (not AYCE) would cost you over $200.
