“Great time and food (drove from Culver City to try them out and did not disappoint I'd drive back to eat there even tho we are drowning in sushi spots in our area) friendly counter service and sat next to a regular restaurant costumer we we're talking to that made it more enjoyable.“
“Very tasty food, no stomach ache like from crappy fast food, felt great and satisfied after my meal. Service was friendly and nice despite having a self service kiosk, which is a nice touch. The entrance is small and in general is a small space but it felt cozy enough to dine in and it was clean and welcoming.“
“Wow. The restaurant, first of all clean and looks like owner care and keep in good shape, restroom is nice and clean. Table has touch screen with menu with fast software and pictures that I can understand what to order. I ordered Ramen and Philadelphia roll with tempura outside. The roll was amazing with creamy Philadelphia, the rise was gentle and fresh-soft. Amazing. Ramen was so delicious, only the mushrooms were a little bit despicable. I paid $33.95. For this price I will give 5+++.“
“This place is definitely worth the drive to Lincoln Heights. The food is reasonably priced, well seasoned, and nice portions. I've had the tofu bowl more times than I care to admit. Highly recommend. There is indoor and outdoor sitting available.“
“This is my go-to pole place in Santa Clarita. Their portions are huge and the staff is so sweet. I love that they always have something new in the menu. Lately, my favorite thing to get has been their ginger rice. I love getting a little miso soup with my bowls, as well.“
“We stayed near Six Flags overnight. We came to Tokai 3 times while we were here. Excellent rice, fresh and high quality sea food, traditional... So good... I dont give reviews often but had to foe this place. Pro tip: go for the happy hour/lunch specials for a great deal!“
“Rolla Sushi & Grill is an absolute gem in Santa Clarita, California, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly sets this place apart. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail. From fresh sashimi to mouthwatering rolls and flavorful grilled items, every bite is a taste sensation. What's even more impressive is the affordability of the food. Given the high quality and generous portions, the prices at Rolla Sushi & Grill are incredibly reasonable, especially when compared to other dining options in Santa Clarita. You get fantastic value for your money without compromising on taste or portion sizes. The ambiance of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. It strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, making it ideal for a casual meal with friends or a special night out with loved ones.In summary, Rolla Sushi & Grill is a standout dining establishment in Santa Clarita. With a lovely staff member who goes above and beyond, delicious food that exceeds expectations, and prices that won't break the bank, it's no wonder this place has earned such a stellar reputation. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience this culinary treasure for yourself!“
“Excellent! We were a party of nine (5 adults, 4 kids) and everyone took such great care of us. The yellowtail sashimi was some of the best we've had; blue crab hand rolls were delicious, as were all the different rolls we tried. The kids gobbled up the Crunchy and Cali rolls. We'll be making Sushi Song a regular stop for sure!“
“Everyone has that little hole-in-the-wall favorite place that's comfortable.. this is that place for us. The service is consistently good, as well as the food. The restaurant tends to play loud music Friday & Saturday evenings but Sundays evenings are usually quiet. We haven't had anything that wasn't good.“
“I'm going to give them an A for presentation and size of rolls. The price is a bit steep for the area and condition of the place but nonetheless the food was nicely presented. Fresh and filling. My daughter said her food was 4.5/5 I would say 4/5 lacked that cohesiveness like something was missing. Will try and upload pics but I had the roll with the crispy onion on top. Onion bloom? Unsure of the name“
“My wife and I visited I Love Sushi the other day for lunch and we will happily add it to our "Let's go out to lunch" locations. My first impression was it was a nice looking restaurant, well laid out and sharp. Not that it matters much to the taste of the food but it does show the owners are serious about their business when a place looks nice. Our serve Maya was efficient and welcoming so that added to the positive vibe. We didn't order much, we shared a Sushi Combo plate and a Rainbow Roll but it was enough to feed us both. The fish was fresh and the shrimp was sweet. So often the shrimp taste dull in other establishments so it was nice to have something fresh and sweet. Lately there seem to be few good Sushi Chefs left in the Santa Clarita valley. Pick up the average roll and dunk it in Soy Sauce and half the Rice falls into the sauce plate. NOT here. It was like the old days when people knew how to roll a good roll and used the right rise so it hung together until you ate it. Yes we will return.“
“Achita never disappoints. Their sushi is good quality and the service is always consistent and on par. They recognize their regulars and appreciate that they return and they're not afraid to show it in front of everyone else. The baked crab hand roll is something I have a hard time finding elsewhere.“
“The restaurant is huge . They were bit busy when we dined last night , Saturday night which is typical of Santa Clarita! We ordered few appetizers, tempura dynamite, &few other rolls I can't remember. It was serve fairly quick with a smile. Hubby said it was the best tempura he ever had ! So don't wait run to this amazing place for some great sushi !“
“Let me start by saying everything was a 10/10! I ordered the chicken katsu with curry, it was some of the best curry I've had. The crispiness of the chicken coupled with the savory flavorful curry was out of this world! The steamed dumplings were absolutely delicious, and the mushroom japchae may have been the best vegan dish I have ever tasted! I would definitely recommend coming here.Vegetarian options: Mushroom Japchae“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kisho Japanese Restaurant, and my experience far surpassed my expectations from a previous visit several years ago. The attentive staff expertly managed our stroller amidst the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere. The culinary creations were truly exceptional, justifying the reasonable price. While there were unforeseen shortages of wine and beer due to the enthusiastic weekend crowd, the staff promptly resolved the matter. The ambiance was perfectly suited for intimate conversations among a small group, maintaining an ideal balance between not being overly subdued and not being excessively boisterous. Kisho Japanese Restaurant is wholeheartedly recommended, and I look forward to returning for another enjoyable dining experience.“
“Shout out to Juan! My family and I have not had a host like this before... he was fantastic and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to us! He brought us good laughs with his clever humor. On top of that, he made a special surprise birthday dessert for the birthday boy (my dad) and played a birthday tune in the background for him. In addition to his outstanding service, Juans playlist was so fun adding to the good mood and vibes. Juan really made my dads birthday and our first time at this restaurant an outstanding experience.Oh yeah, I should mention the food...Some of us ordered the avocado rolls and veggie rolls which were both yummy! The real sushi eaters loved their sushi, bento bowl and udon soup. The tempura ice cream that Juan surprised my dad with was the perfect cherry on top. :)“
“Babytuna is busy every time I come in. The workers are always working hard and obviously doing their best. The fish always tastes fresh and the "all you can eat" is a great deal even at $42. Seems like there's only ever one sever even on packed Friday and Saturday nights. The blonde waitress is nice and obviously working hard to get to everyone. She is always rushing around having to do the phones, bus the tables, and serve the food for the whole restaurant! The chefs are great and I love the toro options.“
“Hands down a superior sushi house! This is what Santa Clarita has been missing. For the true-blue sushi enthusiast, minus the sriracha mayo overload , imitation crab filled, trough-style eating, and TVs on, HOT MESS that's happening all over this valley. High quality and elegant, beautiful and clean flavors.“
