My husband ordered a turkey burger with avocado, arugula, and cheese. It came out plain with a regular burger instead of a turkey burger with none of the toppings. When we complained, the waitress said the chef was new and didn’t know what to put on the burger. Then the new one came out and it still didn’t have cheese and it’s still not a turkey burger. The waitress asked us “do you know what kind of cheese this was supposed to have because the chef doesn’t know.” Seriously? We have to tell them the type of cheese? Then she brings out a random slice of cheese. They are covering the cost of the burger but I have still never had such incompetence at a restaurant. Hire chefs that know what they are doing!

At first we waited half an hour for the table…We ordered a drink and a snack, everything was good, we ordered the dishes along with the drinks. They brought us the Anaí and the drinks in 5 minutes and then they forgot us for an hour and they brought their meals to the side tables that arrived after us and by the time the plate arrived (the food was all cold) those who arrived after us already they were going

The food was good, as well as the service. The place was verybpacked and we had a wait of 30 to 40 minutes for a party of 8. I love the mango lime cheesecake.

Came and sat at a high top and didn’t get any service so ten minutes passed and my husband asked if we could sit outside they sat us outside we waited another ten minutes the guy came and took our order without writing anything down. I tried asking for bread because we didn’t get any and was ignored and I was loud when I asked. Let’s hope they get my family’s order right.

First time we were here the waiter was so kind. Second time, for my husband’s birthday, I requested ahead of time to have the complimentary singing and I’d get his favorite slice of cheesecake. Well forget about this all, the waiter Justin was plain rude, dropped off the food which took forever to be done, matter a fact, the table next to us had 6 people, their food was done and served and my husband and I were still waiting for our dinner. They even finished eating and our food still wasn’t out. The waiter brought our food and we asked for lemon in our water, he didn’t even come back with simple lemon. Once we finished eating he just brought the check book, I was really upset that I didn't get to surprise my husband for his birthday with the request I had asked. Never going again.

I reviewed before but I took away & deleted because now I am unhappy. My daughter and I were sick, Wanted to surprise with like a pasta she likes. I worked with Amari sweet personality. Now the manager Nicole Fowler got involved which was only a liar and not a problem solver I take it. Withholds her info cause she's a terrible manager. I have worked in management for many years and she is bad. I wanted a different manager to deal with me after and here comes Joel Estrada which hid behind her and he even told me the pasta looked dry himself huh?. A $12-$15 replacement turned no REPLACEMENT. Never coming here AGAIN !

Food was decent but overpriced for what it was. Service was terrible. Our waiter dropped off our dinner and never came back. We were going to call the front and ask for help. We sat for 30-45 minutes at least waiting to get some attention, a refill of water, a box, the check. I had to get up and find our waiter. Clearly he had too many tables and we were tucked in the corner and forgotten. He apologized but we won't be back. It was an unpleasant experience. We never even ordered dessert. I didn't want to wait another hour.
