The A/C wasn’t turn on and it was warm when I walked into the restaurant. Had to ask the waitress to put up A/C which they did (good customer service to ensure customers are satisfied). The Cajun fries were well seasoned, served warm and crispy! The oysters were absolutely fresh and refreshing! I’ve never had big oysters like these. The seafood boil house seasoning was delicious. The seasonings wasn’t only on the shells but it also absorbed inside the meat. Very good!!!!

I ordered through doordash and the delivery was very Timely however when I receive my food it was not at all what I expected. The fries were old stale and hard, the fish was hard an overcooked, the shrimp was hard and rubbery like car tires. I called and was told the manager was in a meeting and I will get a call back. So instead I go to the store and was told the manager was still in the meeting. Then another employee came out and said that the manager was not there and that they could recook the food. No apologies about the poor quality of food they had sent out in the first place. So I told him at this point I did not want them to remake the food I just wanted my money back. I was then told they could not refund. Then one employee asked me where the shrimp was at, the insinuated that we ate it so I pulled everything out the bag including the shrimp and the pieces that my daughter had bit off of but did not eat it completely because it was too hard. The lack of concern or care from the employees was pathetic.

So I don't usually leave reviews, but l've visited this restaurant several times with my family and felt the need to share our experience after seeing the backlash this restaurant is facing. I'm not a people person & could honestly care less about this certain topic, but this is the one seafood restaurant in our area that I enjoy dining at. We can be a lively, sometimes complicated group to serve. Yet every time we visit, the staff has been nothing but attentive, polite, and welcoming. On our most recent visit, Our server was a friendly Hispanic woman with curly hair, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure we were all taken care of, and when some of my family had a bit of trouble deciding what to order so we could share, a manager kindly stepped in to help us out in deciding. We ended up ordering the C3, two Combo 2s, and some cocktails. Everything we ordered was amazing. What truly stood out was the service. We even tipped on top of the gratuity because it was that good, and I usually never tip anybody. My family and I are very loud and blunt people of color. So sometimes we're met with hesitation and micro-aggressions when dining out, but eating at Bag O' Crab, it all feels like one big happy family. Everybody is included and feels at home. The service, the food, and especially the staff made for an amazing night out with my family & I'm never one to say that ever haha. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE, SERVICE THE MANAGER HERE IS RACIST! I've eaten here every week as long as they have been open. The Managers and owners before were great!When this new manager became manager he refused me service saying no available waiters although he just seated a group of Mexicans down. He stares at you the entire time while your eating making the experience uncomfortable. Extremely loud music and waiters staring at you in the corners. Outside there are notes ALL OVER the windows making it uncomfortable to even eat there. I got to concord now food is great fresh and awesome staff. Do not dine here ! Not like it used to be. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. The way my children and I were treated was indescribably Horrible!!
The food has always been good. We normally get the bag of shrimp with the Louisiana Cajun sauce medium. Just the right kick of flavor without going crazy with the spice. A great place to eat if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. We've always received friendly service.

Great food.just one little concern,I went to the restroom to wash my hands and one chief went in the same time,when he came out after using the urinal,he didn't wash his hands.he had a mole behind his head.overall great food.
