The food has always been good. We normally get the bag of shrimp with the Louisiana Cajun sauce medium. Just the right kick of flavor without going crazy with the spice. A great place to eat if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. We've always received friendly service.

Great food.just one little concern,I went to the restroom to wash my hands and one chief went in the same time,when he came out after using the urinal,he didn't wash his hands.he had a mole behind his head.overall great food.

First off let me say how I LOVE bag o crab! This is 1 of the spots my bff and I go for some girl time, good food& good music! This time around we got a different vibe during our visit. After looking around, I noticed it's under new management, which doesn't appear to be a good change in my opinion. We waited a good 15mins for our order to be taken, and it wasn't even crowded at this point. Then a nice young lady server finally came and took our orders, and made sure we were taken care of. She provided excellent service.Since it wasn't crowded we asked for the playlist to be changed since we didn't understand the language of the music playing. It was changed per our request, which was awesome! Once it got crowded with other people of color we noticed the Playlist was changed back to its original and turned up quite loudly. It came off as if the manager who just happened to be the ethnicity of the music blaring was only trying to cater to his own people. After not being able to enjoy our conversation we hurried up and got boxes to go. I hope my next experience isn't the same, or I will have to find another establishment to spend my hard earned money. Come on now bag o crab DO BETTER NEW MANAGEMENT

The food at Bag O Crab is so good, but the service and atmosphere in this particular location was absolutely horrible! Waiters ignored us whenever we need something, seevice took a while and some of them were even standing in the corner talking, and worst of all, they lost my card! We had payed and they took our card, 15 minutes later and it never came back. Had ask the employees and they didn't know where it went, and the employee who served us refused to ellaborate what happened, they simply said "oh sorry i left it on the counter and it disappeared." Even if that employee didn't take it, why leave a customers valuable alone and unsupervised on a counter? Highly unprofessional.
