The manager of the place is horrible. I heard that the manager is the one that doesn't allow samples because he is cheap and when I asked why to one of the employees they said it was because of Covid which I don't understand considering that if Covid was to start it was there with how dirty the place is. The only upside is there is one employee there that was really helpful and did her best to provide good service to me and my family when we visited there. I don't remember her name but she had glasses and she started recently but she has amazing service. I wish her the best!!

I have always like this location. The owner and his workers are great. No matter how crowded it gets the service is awesome as they are so patient with each of us. The ice cream and treats offered are so delicious that you cannot go wrong with anything you choose. I truly appreciate being able to have this location in town still running for a very long time.

Really bad service. Saturday 9/16 around 5pm, 2 girls were working and seemed like they were more interested in their own conversation. After seeing there were new flavors I asked if I can try one. THEY DONT DO SAMPLES!!!!!!Is because of the clientele?Is it because of costs?Is it because of Covid? If it is there should be a sign so people don't look stupid! Not worth the 2 minute drive!

We went for national ice cream day. They were slammed! The service was excellent! They were fully staffed and working hard. The scoops were firm and cold! I was very impressed! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!

This location does not allow samples , I was told this was all baskin robins unfortunately that is not true seeing that I went to the one in San Bruno and was allowed to sample (how am I to know if the new flavor is good prior to purchasing ) . I was told it was due to Covid kind of strange seeing if that was the case why is it that no employees are wearing gloves or washing hands when going from customer to customer . Or shall I say a mask . Won’t be coming to this location and more .. t

Really disappointed in the amount of ice cream I got in my banana Royale. The whip cream and hot fudge didn't even reach the top of the cup it was served in. I don't expect a Giant scoop but a reasonable size would be nice. Staff is great, but they need to fill up the cups more.

Just ordered a milkshake here and it was terrible. It was basically slightly thick chocolate milk. It felt like he added 1 small scoup of ice cream to an entire glass of milk and blended it smooth.I am not sure if this was an error, or if they just try to skimp you on ice cream, but it was not good. It is seriously disappointing, because I don't go for sweets very often, but justbdidnt do it for me. It is a shame dairy queen seems to be closed.I will say that aside from the shake being bad, the service was prompt, and the guy was very polite.
I'm not returning here. I went here to use the birthday coupon last year ( I know hella late review.) They were unable to scan my birthday coupon and no way of honoring it. They told me to print it and come back and that I'll have two more weeks to use it. Nah, no thanks. I don't want to waste paper. Last year was 2022 and you have no way of honoring it. I don't blame the employees. I blame their system. If I want Baskin Robbins, I'll buy it from Target without the bad service.

I order the same cake for my mom every year for the past 2-3 years. Always pick it up the same day, the day before her birthday. I always order online, and have had no issues until today. I picked up her cake and it is a plain, almost bare cake. They drenched the top with Carmel and I couldn't write "Happy Birthday Mom" like they usually do. So disappointed for $30, and didn't have enough time to wait for another one.

Who doesn't look Baskin Robbins? It's an OG ice cream shop. The still make my favorite chocolate mousse royal & mocha blasts! Also, very nice owner.
