We went for national ice cream day. They were slammed! The service was excellent! They were fully staffed and working hard. The scoops were firm and cold! I was very impressed! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!
This location does not allow samples , I was told this was all baskin robins unfortunately that is not true seeing that I went to the one in San Bruno and was allowed to sample (how am I to know if the new flavor is good prior to purchasing ) . I was told it was due to Covid kind of strange seeing if that was the case why is it that no employees are wearing gloves or washing hands when going from customer to customer . I have always like this location. The owner and his workers are great. No matter how crowded it gets the service is awesome as they are so patient with each of us. The ice cream and treats offered are so delicious that you cannot go wrong with anything you choose. I truly appreciate being able to have this location in town still running for a very long time.
