Of course this isn't my first visit however I am happy that they have been consistent with fixing sugar cravings for all these years. My teenager was rewarded with this treat after stringing lights yesterday. Walking in waffle batter cooking was wafting through the air and it was deliciously intense and my little helper had her mind made up! LolPricey but a well worth it treat for those who enjoy such a treat on this rainy night.Customer service was good, a little confusing on who was taking orders but we were met with smiles and they were busy!

I made an in app, pick-up order for a Mine size of the "Our Strawberry Blonde" and I found a long black hair embedded in it. I ended up having to throw the rest of it away, wasting $10. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never come back here again.

I ordered a cake one week ahead of time. Pick up time on the receipt said 12 pm. Around 11:30 she called me to let me know they did not have green dye for the frosting. She let me know the manager was going to bring the dye later. I asked around what time ? She said I don't know, the manager lives far, I let them know it was fine to use white frosting. When I picked it up it was plain white with a few spots where you can see the cake. I asked her to fix it. Which she did. I also confirmed the flavor and she said yes.When it was time to cut the cake , it had oreo ice cream and vanilla . I had asked for cheesecake. Never ordering from here again. Plus they charged me for a custom cake. It was pretty much like the ones they have on the shelves. Nothing was customized for me.

Cold Stone in Vallejo, California is extremely bad management and provides horrible customer service. The manager advised to let him know when I was heading to the store so he could give me a free piece of ice cream when I called to tell him what had happened. However, when I was there I spent over $60.00.Additionally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE.
Ice cream was delicious I had the brownie batter, cake batter, and the cookie dough flavors with brownies mixed in for only just under $7. Customer service was nice, they answered the questions we were asking and were helpful. I've had cakes from here before as well and they're also top notch.

Try new things! I usually play it safe and have been getting the same kind of ice cream because I want to know that I'm going to like what I get considering their prices. This time I went with the apple pie and it blew me away! This is the love it size and I didn't realize it would be so much, my son and I were just looking for a small snack.

Completely disregard what you ask for or even ignore you.
