Ice cream was delicious I had the brownie batter, cake batter, and the cookie dough flavors with brownies mixed in for only just under $7. Customer service was nice, they answered the questions we were asking and were helpful. I've had cakes from here before as well and they're also top notch.

Forced into tipping by the counter credit card machine and employee saying it. This guilty tipping has gotten out of hand. Please just pay your employees higher and if we want to tip, we have the jar.

Got a Mud Pie Mojo. Customer service is very kind and sweet but they forgot to ask if I wanted mix-ins, a separate waffle cone/bowl, or any other customizations. My mom wasn't asked about mix in options, sauces to top with, or flavor accommodations. She wanted to mix two flavors but the woman asking her had her voice muffled with the mask. It's hard to speak with a mask so we must speak louder. Excellent product though - the ice cream in the midst of a pandemic summer...
