Was open late. Went into in n out for a burger. Waited too long so I went over here for a shake. They offered me free cookies too. Thank you. I was hungry but had the milkshake. Very friendly customer service. I came in very late around 11 pm. Coming from Stockton to Vallejo. I'd be bringing my daughters back here for ice cream sandwich on a hot day

3:30 pm on a Sunday, not busy. It's very easy to overlook Creamy. The sign is not large, nor does it stand out. Its colors blend in with the arbor of the building. However, it's a nice little place.
