Just showed up to place a large order at the Vallejo store only to find the restaurant closed and the door locked. Website said the store was open and should have been until 9. But closed on a Sunday afternoon? Must have gone out of business.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The food was absolutely AWFUL. The chicken was sour, like it had been cooked a week ago. The beans tasted bitter and had a terrible odor. The pulled pork was dry and covered in a salty, dry rub (who does that?). The "green beans" were slimy, brown and the smell made me gag. My husband ordered the jalapeño sausage and it was cold the cheese was congealed. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We spent over $80 and had to order from somewhere else. My husband called to speak to management and was told “they don’t do that”. Just laughable. Don’t. Do. It.
Please don't eat here. My GF and I got very sick after eating here. some kind of gastrointestinal bacterial infection.Unlike my gf I have eaten at dickies in concord multiple times and food was always good and never had a problem but this was her first time and her last time, EVER!!
We got a family meal. The meat was dry, we did not get biscuits, we received a piece of sandwich bread, They advertise kids eat free on sundays and have a sign saying it but did not want to honor the price or cancel our order after we had paid. They told us to contact manager but there was no manager in store. The ambiance was really off. There was christian music playing, which is kind of odd in a place of business. The music stopped then it was completely quiet all the tvs were on mute. There was a table blocking the bathroom so we thought the bathroom was closed. So disapointed never experienced this at a dickeys other locations have better service and taste.
Still upset over this experience after a few days. The girl who attended me has to be the most unhappy camper I have ever had to deal with. She is just overall apathetic and was not happy to take my order or do anything regarding her job from the looks of it.I used both of my 15 minute breaks to wait for a sandwich that was missing the very thing I came for which was the BBQ.I completely and utterly wasted my time and this location. Never again.I'm not happy.
Last night was my first time trying this place. Three stars for food, two for service. I picked up my order at 7:30, and when I walked in the place was completely empty, stuff put away, looking like they're closed. If that's the case update your hours because online it says you don't close till 9. Listen, you don't have to love your job but don't make me feel bad for eating there like I'm a burden for ordering! I went to look in thr bag to see if my $80 order was all there and the gentleman working said, 'you don't have to check, it's all yhere'. I should have trusted my gut because sure enough the order was wrong. It was the ONLY order!! I went back to fix the order and they still poured the wrong sauces (which I wouldn't be complaining about but your sauces are priced at up to $2.30 for a little tbsp worth of cheese or BBQ sauce. I paid for extra on purpose and want what I paid for.) I tipped well but wish I could take it back after the experience. As for the food itself - the brisket and pulled pork was decent. Chicken was dry. I received what looked like half of a hot link for $6 (waste of money, tasted like a microwave) and the ribs were super fatty. The mashed potatoes were the only truly good thing. Once is enough, won't be coming back.
I've now tried the spot twice and both times the brisket tasted like roast beef. It was also reheated right in front of me. Last but not least the lady put the smoked chicken wings in the fryer to warm them up. When you buy smoked chicken wings you don't expect fried chicken wings. Sadly the quality was just not there. I do get props to the people who were working there the first time I showed up as they at least gave friendly service. The brisket however tasted like refried roast beef and cat food
Curbside delivery was a joke. I arrived at the selected time and called to let them know I was out front. The phone rang and it was picked up and hung up. I tried three more times with the same outcome. The last three times I called the line was busy. So, I walked in told the cashier was waiting for my curbside delivery but he could care less.Got my name and handed me my food expecting a tip. I was so mad. Don't advertise you have curbside service when you don't even respond to your customers call that they are waiting outside. One star because the ribs are tasty. Otherwise avoid this place... customer service does not mean anything here.
Been trying to give this location a benefit of the doubt but it's ridiculous I don't even post reviews but this location got to get it together When they first opened it was cool but now I don't know what the problem is, phone always busy, either meat is too dry or it don't even taste like barbecue I also haven't received a refund yet on three items missing. Man back in the day in Texas Dickies wasn't like this
The brisket was very moist, and Mac and cheese was good. But the cream of spinach way too much cheese and bread was dry

Drove down from So Oregon to see a Giants game. Needed dinner & found this gem ?I had the pulled pork sandwich and was very impressed!! Easy 5 stars for that alone. My side was the jalapeno beans & they were also very good.My son had wings, I swiped one & good lord it was mighty tasty!!Give these guys a try!
We visit dickeys a lot and this is probably the best location so far. Great service the BBQ was on point and a good value, we be back next time we are in the area.
Ordered online with an expected time to pick up. When arriving to pick up order at the designated time, an additional wait time of 30 mins was given. Oder is already paid for. This is very inconvenient for customers. Provide actual time online to allow customers to decide if they want to wait.
Great barbecue. On work visit I happened to be staying over in Vallejo, Cali. taste exactly like the ones in Dallas, where I live.
Ordered a huge amount of items and they knocked it out of the park. Pit dip sandwich is so good i wish i got 2.
