Visited the drive thru on multiple occasions food was good , I recommend the chicken tostada very good also the tacos El carbon are good ? might be off on the tacos name but still worth a visit.... Peace ???️

From the multiple times I’ve had been in here I’ve never once had a good experience. They all seem to be having attitudes… the only person that is very genuine and sweet is adanely . She’s always seems to have great positive attitude and makes me feel as if I known her from small convos of the interaction. If you guys go here go to her ! Will be coming back yummy pollo loco

Very poor customer service. If you are being serviced by Alicia R just turn around and grab something from AMPM because I'm almost positive she was not trained properly in the customer service dept. Food tastes dirfferent when the customer service sucks.

the cashier was slow, and when I requested a rag with disinfectant to clean one of the dirty tables, she responded that the rags were only for the kitchen area. I'm a regular at polo Loco in Fairfield, and I know that's not correct. she told me that I had to use napkins... really!!the salad that I ordered had no beans or rice, just lettuce. everyone who was working looked as they had no clue what to do. ridiculous.

2nd time in a week they run out of chicken at around 5 pm . Ironic that a chicken place run out of chicken at rush hour during diner.

I love el pollo collo, but some of the staff in Vallejo are very poorly trained with zero customer service. I work at Kaiser Hospital and they always messed up my drive through orders. Today, during my lunch break I went there and placed 2 orders, and (Alicia) left out an entire order completely. I reaslized the missing order when I get back to the hospital, and I had to drive back causing me to miss my entire lunch break. They never even apologized for their mistakes or say I’m sorry. She just said “I’m human”, and this is the 4th time that I have paid for orders that I didn’t receive. She started arguing with me instead of apologize, and keep saying “bye”. Extremely ghetto. Just a horrible experience overall.

Great customer service. Very clean. Not crowded at all. Got my order right away. Get the 8pc Summer Family Meal, and get three big sides instead of two.

I spent almost $23 for a combo meal and a quesadilla. The chicken was dry and small. The meal did not even include a drink. What a rip off! I reccomend Taco Bell or Chevy's.

I had the 3 taco's last week and they were so good ! I went back yesterday and the chicken was so dry . Almost like a jerky and the food takes a long time to get to the counter it's cold .The place is very clean and the folks that work there are very nice .I'll give the place another try ....

I wanted 10 meals today and the manager told me that she has not enough chicken, and I understand but she offer me a meal with small part of the chicken (wing and legs) but the price was the highest in the menu, is not my fault that they don’t have enough chicken, anyway she want get the same money offering less that the menu said.
