They close dine in at 8pm even though they’re open till 10 and act like they don’t want you there. The food is disgusting. We got there at 8pm and they served us cold, hard, nasty garlic noodles that were inedible and the chicken just tasted like burnt oil. This place went so far down hill that I doubt they’ll last much longer. If the manager was smart they’d read these reviews and realize their staff is going to ruin their business with their laziness. They don’t want to let people eat and they don’t want to make fresh food. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place used to be good now it sucks I went in tonight got wings and garlic noodles the wings where obviously sitting for awhile and the noodles where hard and disgusting honestly what a shame this place has fallen so far down plus the staff was rude and don’t seem to want to help customers do your self a favor and skip this place trust me or go to fire wings in Fairfield cuz this location is trash now

I came in the other day to try to eat in dine in one of the workers was like no dine in no more i was like ok i get it theres only 20 minutes till close then i came back today when theres one hour and a half till closing and and one female worker told me no dining i was like why shes like because theres only one hour and a half till closing.So i hope the owner or manager see this review because these workers dont care about the business.

I ordered a big chicken original sandwich my chicken was so burnt I couldn't eat it. Also it did not come with any pickles or tomatoes as advertised. My fries were also extremely crispy I only had a handful and had to throw a majority of the food I paid for.

I was looking for a way to kill some time. I walked around the shopping center and I looked inside Fire Wings and noticed TVs, a bar and beers on tap. It looked perfect. I walked in and sat down at the bar. For 15 minutes I sat there watching employees walk right in front of me, they returned my look but said nothing. Not so much as a "hi". I continued to wait and it occurred to me that I should have gone to the counter (which was literally right next to where I was sitting), ordered there and then sat down. Even if this is the system there, you would think at least one employee would say "hi, welcome in sir, just so you know we don't offer bar service, if you would like to order something please come up POS terminals and one of us can help you". Even this would have puzzled me. I would have said the same thing except "... .... we don't offer bar service but I'm happy to take your order for you here since you're already sitting down. What can I get you?"Instead I got nothing from any one of the 4 front of the house employees, not so much a greeting and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I left and will never be back.

Wow, better than wingstop. First off it was super fast Service. then the wings were cooked all the way through and Krispy. Even with the sauce on top. the flavors were exactly what I expected. I don't like spicy so I got the dragon which was nice and sweet. And the jamaican jerk. The fries were Krispy and delicious. I will definitely be coming back

I find Fire Wings to be some of the best wings for my taste. Excellent optional flavors for all preferences. I enjoyed the salt and pepper and lemon pepper wings.
