Great place for a venue. Karaoke every Friday, nice view of the water, and go grab a drink.
The food was good, it was a nice clean restaurant and bar. The owner was hands on and very accommodating and welcoming. I think it's a family owned, family style restaurant. Nice view of the Napa River.
The place smelled like sewer and fish combined in the restaurant. The food used to be excellent, a special evening of wonderful food. The new owner has changed the menu completely and the food is barely tolerable, very bland in flavor. I am a meat and potatoes person. Very mainstream tastes, no fancy or exotic dishes. That is why I expected a good taste in steak and vegetables. Not so I'm afraid. Very sorry to the owner but you need the previous chef and menu back!
Service was amazingly slow. I saw other tables (who had arrived after my table) getting salads and entrees before our table. We had to ask twice for drinks other than iced water. We found out they don’t actually have any of the desserts listed on their menu. We also waited forever for our soups. The gumbo was super salty and inedible. The menu has poor descriptions of the dishes, so I had to send my dish back due to the multi-colored peppers and onions. I had wondered whose food was sitting out for about 10-15 minutes at the counter and then was horrified when our waitress finally grabbed our food - turns out they were the same two plates I saw sitting on the counter. Then finally after getting my replacement food we asked for our checks. The waitress somehow switched them around when she finally ran the cards. We we just so done with the place we didn't even bother to try to get this corrected. The only thing that was pretty good was our appetizer- the crab cocktail, but it could have been better without so much cocktail sauce. Really we should've gone to either of the other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Recently opened so gave it a try with a good friend. We both agree, very good service, cold IPA on tap, and excellent fish and chips. Definitely will return.

I miss you guys so much! Wish you could come back. Miss your food, drinks and servers not necessarily in that order. Hope you are all well. Forever your fans, The Gerks?
Hoping the Front Room will re open soon. The quality of food and service is outstanding. The atmosphere is the best in Vallejo
Had the shrimp stuffed tomato salad. Lots of tiny shrimp, a nice big fresh tomato, and a nice variety of other veggies on the salad. Busy enough to be able to have a business lunch without being worried about ‘eavesdropping’ AND being able to hear. Everything is nice. Highly recommended.
We had potstickers as appetizers and they were well prepared. The salad was fresh with a nice variety of vegies. I had the seafood linguini. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I couldn't eat the other 2 choices we were offered. I was thrilled with the dish. It was very good, with a nice variety of large and small seafood.
We were a group of 30 on a Saturday for lunch following a memorial service. The service was very good and the food was delicious. We had potstickers as appetizers and they were well prepared. The salad was fresh with a nice variety of vegies. I had the seafood linguini. Highly recommended.

The menu is filled with great items but the cioppino is definitely the star of the show at this place.
Since Covid started, this has been my go to for deliciousness!! Everything is amazing! Like really Amazing! My favorite is the surf and turf! The herb butter sets it apart! It's simple amazing!!!! The calamari is bomb, the batter is hella light and the meat is not super rubbery. The Alfredo is really good.

We wanted fresh seafood and found this restaurant very close to the ferry stop. We ate early - about 5:30 pm and the restaurant wasn't crowed yet. The food was delicious. And an added treat, complimentary ice cream for dessert! I had the prawns in lemon butter and Dijon mustand sauce and it was delicious.
