I have been here 3 or 4 times... Smd I haven't repeated a sandwich yet. I keep coming back to try something else. The sandwiches are amazing and the servers are always kind. Wish I could remember the name of the sandwich but it had turkey, ham and salami and provolone cheese. It was amazing and if I see it on the board I know what's in it.

I've gone here a handful of times and almost every time my order is wrong. I always order off of the vegetarian menu and TWICE I've gotten animal meat when I ordered off of the VEGETARIAN menu, and twice they've not put on double meat after I paid for it. I spent $60 in sandwiches and go all the way home and it's WRONG. No one answers the phone either.

20$ soggy sandwiches with no meat. Ike’s hates sandwiches they like soggy bread. Have a special instruction? Keep it to yourself we charge 20$ for soggy sandwiches with no meat and no instructions.
I ordered a sf giant with all veggies and lettuce with extra sauce.. this is what I got, dry, dry, sandwitch no dirty, no lettuce and hardly anything on it. Mostly bread see pic. So disappointed..makes me mad

I’ve been to this store dozen of times over the last several years. The service and accuracy of the sandwiches has always been on point. As a person who enjoys vegan food I have always appreciated this store for their rapid service and excellent consistency. Tonight on Sept 11, 2024 I had just such excellent service I felt I had to leave a review. The quality of service and products were second to none! Thank you to the employees that night they both deserve a raise!!!
