Fried "Delicious Fried Chicken, But Room for Improvement" This restaurant serves up some seriously delicious fried chicken! The flavor was fantastic, and the crispy coating was perfectly cooked. However, the dining experience could be significantly improved. The biggest issue is the lack of seating – it felt cramped and uncomfortable, especially during peak hours. The location itself is also somewhat inconvenient, and finding safe parking can be a challenge. Service could also be quicker and more accurate to ensure a smooth dining.

Jollibee has really good fried chicken. The yummy burger is yummy too. We also had the mango and ube pie. The ube pie was definitely worth it. They use real ube. The service here was ok. We ordered a meal that comes with drinks. I asked what are my options for the drinks. The worker names all their fountain soda and pineapple so I ask for pineapple. Apparently, there is an extra charge for having pineapple which she didn’t mention. I found out when I got my receipt. It’s not a big deal but it would be nice if you can let your customers know. Aside from that, service was fine.

Amazing food, amazing people, nothing beats this branch of Jollibee around Northern California (I've been at almost every single one). The general manager Helen is amazing at handling and making sure the food quality is great. Joseph also makes sure that everything is clean for the customers to be comfortable when they eat.
Joseph was very kind and professional. Everything was delicious! This Jolibee definetly stands out from all the others. Their quality and customer service is like no other!

I wasn't truly hungry but my dear friends required that I try it. I'll give it another go to. My REAL problem was 3 young 'men' encroaching on our table by placing their drinks from a separate establishment on our table (while we're seated alive & well); walking off, leaving them. They became very disrespectful. My one friend is battling cancer & I strive to make our every encounter lively, fun, no problems.
Restaurant was VERY busy/steady flow. Super clean, workers were very efficient!!
