Just went last Week and I went in feeling stupid trying to pull off a last minute get-together for a valued staff member at my dialysis treatment center and 15-18 other staff members. I came out very educated, because not only did they have the prices, clearly indicated, on the wall, they also had the small, medium and large aluminum family/Party size pans (shown on wall) to put the combo I purchased, in. I requested, but didn't need a Manager. The Cashier was fully knowledgeable about what I was stumbling and stammering over. That took 5 minutes, including payment for the order, (with her suggestion) after telling her what I needed it for.? She requested 20 minutes to prepare and I was on my way to the venue, in less, taking altogether a half hour. ? The meat was done and It was a hit!!!! They ARE a Great solution for last minute, especially when Grocery stores and caterers ask for 2 days! Marvelous job and I chose them for a Seafood combo and Loca Moco dish 2 days later, on Saturday. ??
Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian selection. My Grandson is a Pescatarian. The Atmosphere is better than most and it is definitely ADA compliant.
Kid-friendliness: My Granddaughter is always in there for the Chicken teriyaki Masubis
I have been here several times. Last couple times the cooks always burned the beef. I went in and ordered, I specifically made it clear to the lady tell the cook not to burned my beef. I should have checked it. After arriving home, as disappointed I was the beef was burned again. I called back and complained about it I even took a picture and send it to them. I specifically told the manager to call me about this matter. Months have gone by and I never received a call. Off course I never will go back again. There are so many Hawaiian BBQ in Vallejo. I am sure there are many that care.

If you love chicken barbecue, their BBQ chicken is so tasty and good. Mini order includes macaroni salads, rice and BBQ chicken thigh. You can have all rice or whatever prefer. ?

My son and I both got food poisoning from this location 3 days ago. Chicken was undercooked. Mac salad was watery and sour tasting. Stay away from this place. We nearly ended up in the hospital.

Food is good. I only get the chicken katsu & bbq chicken or kalua pork [ half meat mix ] $ 12. It's enough for two.If you like cabbage, ask for cooked cabbage otherwise it's raw. [ no charge ]*** Ask for the mac salad in a separate container otherwise it's warm from being with the food.The malasadas are good.[ Hawaiian donuts ] 10 for $5.99. ?
