The food here is good too bad the service is not. Came for happy hour, ordered food and drinks and not once were we offered water. We ordered a burger after ordering nachos and coconut shrimp, with our second round of drinks, and Taylor brought it to us to go. We never said anything about to-go, nor were we asked. When we told her we wanted to enjoy it there, she said she'd bring us plates. So we were supposed to serve ourselves from our to go bag?
I'm taking the time to write this because the venue is nice, much must have been spent renovating it, the food is legitamitely good, but its my second time in over 2 years where the service is just awful. When Taylor asked us of we wanted plates, we felt like we just didn't want to bother her anymore. We'll enjoy the burger at home.

We had a great meal here. The service was awesome as well. They were very busy with Christmas parties, yet they didn't miss a beat. I'll be back for more.

This is one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had in my over 40 years of life. Start to finish it was terrible service and nothing but blaming others instead of taking accountability. We had reservations for 5pm, arrived early, and were seated within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was not packed and was surprisingly not busy for the time of night and being the holiday season. However, we sat there for over 25 minutes without being greeted by our wait staff, we were not even offered water. During this time 2 other tables were seated after us and offered water etc. During this time we saw wait staff standing around literally doing nothing; chatting at the register or sitting down in a booth to talk with other staff who were eating. Had we not flagged someone down I don’t think we would have ever been served at all. We took an uber there and one in our party is in a wheelchair or we would have left. The gentleman we flagged down told us he didn’t know who was supposed to wait our table and still didn’t offer beverages. We told him how long we had been there and he said it was the hosts fault that we hadn’t been waited on because the host is supposed to assign tables to staff. STILL DID NOT OFFER WATER, but he told us he would find out who was supposed to wait on us. He left our table and we watched as 4 wait staff pointed fingers and debated who was supposed to take our table. When our waitress showed up she also blamed the host for not knowing she had a table —it’s important to note that every single wait staff there had seen us, made eye contact with one of us and simply chose to ignore us and instead stood around chatting. I guess if the table isn’t assigned to you it isn’t your problem. Thankfully our waitress brought us water but then went to leave immediately, without asking if we wanted anything else to drink—so we asked her if we could order drinks or if we were supposed to go to the bar, she said yes that she could take our drink order —this should have been offered. She apologized for the wait, we asked about the lobster dinner, which was not on the menu (one in our party had seen it online); she said the owner just got in and she would ask —we asked her to send the owner out to speak with us and she said she would. Several minutes later, she then walked around the whole restaurant no less than 3 times with our drinks and even walked by us without dropping them off. When she came to drop our drinks off, she let us know that the lobster dinner was no longer an option as this was at the old location; we thanked her for checking and decided to order the steak dinner with lobster add on and asked again to speak with the owner. She gave the wrong drinks to everyone at our table, mind you we were a party of 4. We ordered an appetizer which was very good. At this point there were 3 other tables who came after us and were already leaving after having finished their meals. Our dinning ticket was time stamped for 5:43 pm ——our reservation was at 5 and we were about 5-7 minutes early. She came out to deliver our meals, but before coming to the table brought one dinner back to the kitchen; I watched her show the cook her order ticket, which indicated to me that the cook had made the mistake, not her. Either way, 3 of us got our meals instead of 4 AND she again gave them to the wrong people. Once we traded them out with each other, all were correct and cooked well —the food was really good. Our 4th didn’t get his meal until we were all half done. The owner never came to speak with us even though we asked twice. We will never return.

Fish and chips are usually pretty good, my last visit was disappointing in that all of the guests at my table ordered the fish and it was dry, and tasteless.

I parked my bike on the porch, and walked into Manny’s Steakhouse. The white sever at the front desk completely ignored me. She definitely saw me park my bike, and open the door. I stood for a few minutes right in front of her and had to greet for her to acknowledge me. She looked at me with such rude scorn I could only assume she was either racist, classist or both. I asked her if there was a place I could park my bike and she rudely said “definitely not on the porch” I just walked off and entered Hibachi across the street. Terrible experience from the server without even trying the food. A staff like this is really a dangerous liability for any business.
HI, WENT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME DECEMBER 22, 2025 GREETED WITH A SMILE AND WAS SEATED AT A WINDOW SEAT NEXT TO THE FIRE PIT. CASUAL ATMOSPHERE. THE WAITRESS WE HAD WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!! STEAKS COOKED TO PERFECTION. DEFINITELY WOULD GO AGAIN! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I don't think the food or service could be any better!!
Wife brought me here for my birthday. Went inside and waited probably about 10 to 15 minutes before host even came to ask how many people we had and was seated right away. Waitress at first seem pretty efficient in the the first 10 minutes of us sitting. She took our orders for my family of 3 and then after that is when everything went completely down hill. Drinks came out about 10 minutes later
( a coke, and a juice) food came out maybe another 10 minutes. This is normal no big deal but the alcohol drinks we ordered did not show up until we got done with all of our food about 45 minutes to a 1 hrs in to us being there. Asked for a box, never got one until my wife went to register in which we waited an additional 10 minutes. Kinda thought we'll maybe they were busy but nope that isn't the case, they were maybe at best 3 quarters the way full being a Thursday night... food was a little better then average. Owner or management needs to do better at watching the employees. Service was complete crap, I wouldn't hire any of the help to pick up dog crap in my back yard! Will never go back which sucks because I had high hopes for this place.

We were greeted when we walked in the door, and seated at a window booth. The restaurant was busy with birthday and Christmas parties but our service was prompt. Appetizer, salad and main courses arrived with no delay. Food was hot and flavorful. Our server was really friendly!

I had the chicken picatta, one of us had the fish & chips, and the third person had the steak sandwich. All were delicious & reasonably priced! Beautiful water views. Great bar with cool gas fireplace in the middle; as it was a cold day. Yesteryear 1980's vibes with the decor. We will definitely be back!

We go to Manny's on a fairly regular basis, but this weekend was stellar. Manny's has a patty melt as a special, and it was amazing. I am usually a fan of their steak sandwiches, but loving patty melts chose this instead. It was great, with lots of grilled onions and a great Swiss cheese.
Manny's, I hope you add this to your regular rotation!

We ate at Manny’s yesterday with two friends visiting from New Mexico. Service and food were okay until the server went to clear the plates and upended a container of Ranch dressing all over the table and our clothes! These things happen, but we should have received more than an apology - something should have been deducted from the bill! One person’s trousers are probably ruined and their visit ended on a bad note. We have been regular customers and are very disappointed in Manny’s lack of class.

Great food and service we go there 1 or 2 times a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Katelyn and Monsur are my favorite ones they are full if energy and very attentive to your needs. Sorry if I spelled the names wrong ladies. The views of Mare Island are the best ferry stops next door too.
