Just came from there. We waited about 10-15 minutes just to order take out without anyone saying anything to us, not even a hi, we’ll be right with you. Or give us a few minutes. I’m already knowing the food must be awesome or because V town doesn’t have many good Japanese restaurants…but the customer service is just not up to par. I really think staff could do much better. After waiting, they finally came up to us and said it’s about a 40 minute wait for dine in and for take out, it’s much longer. Like you can’t tell people that when they arrive rather than having them wait? I think while it is def busy up in there, you should let customers know immediately how long the wait is and give them a chance to decide if they wna wait because we were hungry! Not the greatest customer service. I could train them on a few things for sure!

My sister asked for a vegetable udon and tasted dirt in her broth while eating here. She got sick shortly after and ended up vomiting right after we left the establishment. I'm unsure if the food she ordered was what she actually requested or it was intentionally unclean and unwashed. She got poisoned by how this food was prepared. Please be careful when eating here.

Bad service. Waited over an hour for food with a party of 8. No willingness to offer any kind of recompense. The manager wouldn't even entertain a conversation about it.

Fast service at the end of lunch rush. Convenient location. Got the three-item bento, mine was salmon teriyaki, sashimi and mixed tempura. The food looked good, tasted good, and everything was prepared right. They asked if I wanted real crab or imitation, and I respect that.

Service was very slow. We waited an hour after ordering for our entrees to trickle to our table. Our party complained about the very long wait time and asked if something could be taken off the bill as a gesture of goodwill. The manager was unwilling to apologize or compromise and we left feeling disrespected as patrons who live in Vallejo and chose to spend our money in Vallejo. We will not return because of this lack of respect. I urge you to spend your money elsewhere in Vallejo.

The owner is uncaring, unprofessional and doesn’t deserve the 4 stars review in the least. I will never darken that door again and will do my best to talk them down every chance I get. I would like to rate the service as a zero, I ordered online because my family was hungry and we just wanted to arrive and sit in the restaurant and order the drinks, I arrived and the waitress was going to give me the table right away when I explained to her that my order was already in. and that I only wanted the drinks, she gave me my order and told me that we can't eat inside the restaurant, I insisted that I would buy the drinks and she told me that he couldn't give me the service, it bothered me but I didn't say anything, I just took my order and all waitress met and smiled as if making fun of me and my family, I will never return to this restaurant
The weather is 98 degrees hot and I had to eat in my car with my family and obviously without drinks because I was not going to spend more money in a place that, seeing as I had children, did not want to provide me with the service.
