I had a fantastic experience at Mountain Mike’s Pizza! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with awesome customer service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The pepperoni pizza was absolutely delicious; the crust was crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and there was plenty of savory curly pepperoni on every slice 🍕. I also really enjoyed the fresh salad — crisp greens and a great variety of toppings made it a perfect complement to my meal. Whether you’re coming for lunch or dinner, this place delivers great food and excellent service. Highly recommend! 👏

Someone recommended this Mountain Mike’s location to me, so I tried it—and it was an amazing experience. I ordered the Everest pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. I visited Mountain Mike’s randomly and ordered the mango habanero, and it was so delicious 🔥🍕. I really loved it. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready quickly, which made the experience even better. Thank you, Mountain Mike’s, and thanks to the amazing staff. Highly recommended!

Placed online order for pickup at 4pm. Arrived around 4:10 to an empty restaurant and was told my order wasn’t ready. Didn’t walk out with my food until 4:40. The restaurant this whole time was EMPTY. Also staff did not care, no apology for delay, no sense of urgency.

Had a meat lovers pizza made at mountain Mike's on Sonoma in Vallejo California The meat was hard no sauce plain cheese It was hard meat and dry unacceptable I was too far off to take it back to them I will not be going back to that mountain Mike I wish I would have looked at my pizza before I left their store after I eaten the pizza that night I also suffered cramping and other symptoms that led to a upset stomach for at least 3 days I did not call or complaint to anyone about it I'm feeling better on today a little bit but I was really sick from that pizza I meant to add this on to

I will never go to this Mountain Mikes again. Made my order online at 4 PM... ready in 20 - 28 minutes... arrived at 435 PM... Left with my order at 5:55 PM. Only 2 guys working... they were rude to my wife... when my order was finally ready they forgot part of it. At least 3 people canceled there orders while I was waiting. Would not recommend this location to anyone!!!

Our order was supposed to be done 30 minutes ago. The service was horrible. When we asked how much longer we were told just wait. One guest canceled his order because he had been waiting for so long. Now they say 8 more minutes before we even got our order. With as pricey as they are you'd think they'd treat their customers better. We won't be coming back here.

my experience here was horrible. service is the worst got ignored multiple times, i waited over an hour for a small pizza that at the end fail expectations. we paid didnt get a receipt, the cashier literally just walk away without saying anything and would come back out. I circle back about my order after 30 mins they had no clue what I had ordered, I reminded them again and the lady did the same thing went to the back and didn't come back out. did that on repeat until an hour and 14 mins had gone by. after multiple complaints at the counter they finally brought us chicken wings with out any plates. then after another 15mins we got are pizza that literally looks like something I could have thrown in the oven at home. and then waited another 15 to get our mozzarella sticks. I never should have came here. the worst service ever!
