I usually love this place but today I went in and Corinn, the cashier was extremely rude for no reason, I was very nice to her so I obviously didn’t leave a tip so when she made my order she just put it on the counter without saying anything and with an attitude. I saw she also got the previous customer’s order wrong. She seems not to care.

This is a nice little cafe right by the ferry dock. The staff here is friendly, and the food/drinks are good quality, the only downside is the Wifi doesn't always work which is cumbersome if you're here to do some work while you wait for the ferry or a nearby appointment. Loads of 3 hour parking in the nearby lot.I'd still come back for the food/drinks!

Asked what their single origin coffee was. Listed clearly on their menu, her response was "just another flavor".. asked about a few other coffee strains their menu list and she couldnt answer anything about any of them beyond theyre "different flavors"... coffee of the day ? "Idk i think medium".......... really? I know its just coffee but the lack of knowledge and training is insane. Just take the other names off the menu and write coffee on the wall. Bc thats all they can say. How are you going to charge 6 bucks for a cup of coffee and the girl cant even tell me what kind of coffee it is...

They made my blueberry smoothie just as I asked for it by making it with almond milk. It was delicious and the employees are friendly.
First off the vibe was great. It felt like walking into the 90s in a positive energetic, lighthearted way. I ordered the strawberry twist pastry and an iced Latté. Both were amazing. Great quality coffee and friendly service. The ladies working there were really friendly. The café was clean. I normally don't give reviews for anything but this place is worth it.There were a variety of books available at the front counter. Simple ocean theme decorations and up beat trendy music. The ladies behind the counter were also helpful to a customer who had questions about parking. Its giving dynamic, positive safe space in the best way and I'm so here for it. This place gave me inspiration for how I'd want my business to feel one day. 10 out of 10!

Coffee was decent medium roast and it did not take like burnt paper that a lot of people tend to struggle doingAnd pastry was 4/5 not too sweet not to dry pretty goodTables are available to be used to sit and relax staff were welcoming BadThe floors are dirty, would understand if it was busy but staff was walking around doing much of nothing.Napkins everywhere and food all on the floorFlies where in here, would make sense with the floor real dirty.The outlet lacked a plug.Not friendly for those who work or study.A bit of improvement-get your staff to clean up the place, floor tables-replace things that don't work such as table. Don't use a stack of napkins to keep it from rocking.-place some outlets this may welcome a different social group and increase business.After that I would say not bad place to be.

Big shoutout for the current manager and staff at PB Cafe -Vallejo who have created a consistently positive and welcoming team / atmosphere at the Cafe!!! Combined with a clean and pleasant ambiance, along with many tasty foods and drinks, a terrific experience is enjoyed by all on a daily basis. Strongly recommend a visit!!! Thanks
