Goodmorning, I got a sandwich last night, a Mediterranean veggie sandwich (half). After 2 to 3 bites into the sandwich, It started tasting wierd, very wierd, like wasabi x4 bad, and the 3rd bite into the wierd section of the sandwich I spit it back out because it’s something I never had in my taste buds before but somewhat similar to wasabi but much worse. Now I woke up today with the worst pain in my stomach, I think I still have the spitted out food in my car I will take it to a lab to get it tested. I think they put something in my sandwich, and I think it’s because I took about 5 minutes in the drive thru because I couldn’t decide what to get to eat, maybe it got them upset, there was none behind me so I felt ok to take my time. Anyways. I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE SANDWICH AND I HOPE WHOEVER WAS INVOLVED IN THIS GETS FIRED ASAP BECAUSE THIS IS NOT OK !

The place was out of alot of items. Got there early 0710 for a souffle and they didn't have any. I guess no cook came in. Ordered a sandwich and salad the other day. Choice of bread limited, as well as the meat.

I lost half of my bagel trying yo bite into a hockey puck? *After 12pm, The bagels are hard as rock. They only last 5/6 hours? I couldn't even take a bite. I lost half the bagel trying. Ew. Ridiculous.

A very bad experience, the person seemed very racist towards me, she even kicked me out of there without reason... maybe because she was black and I was Hispanic... how bad, the racism is becoming more and more noticeable.

Really disappointing when paying almost $7.00 a sandwich to get one small slice of bacon. These are hand made and it was not busy at all. It was basically an egg sandwich.

I'm giving the service 4 out of 5 stars because I'm still not quite sure whether or not the people helping me or being feisty or just rude. I don't mind feisty, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. For a $15 sandwich, I got three slices of meat and thin bread. They were out of bacon, and wouldn't substitute another meat for us. Out of bacon, and many many items are bacon centered. I don't understand how business is like this stay in business.
The guy at the table next to us using a laptop had a whole lunch box full of Tupperware full of food. Did he even order anything at Panera? He brought his lunch from home. I thought it was weird at first, but he seems to have figured that place out. At least he got fed.
