I can't say they have the best pho but it's authentic, and they do have the best service. Sometimes, it's not all about the food. It's get more rare to experience great customer service.
I have been to this Pho location so many times even with the previous ownership and now new ownership. It looked more classy and somehow better customer service as well. Nothing beat their savory noodle soups. I recently got the P5 Combination Phở Dặc Biệt 13.50 Eye round steak, tendons, tripes, brisket, fat brisket, & meatball. So good! So far highly recommended!
This is the best one pho I’ve had in California. Pho is probably my favorite food ever and I’m always looking for a spot. The broth had so much depth I actually felt like the Sriracha took away from it. The noodles are fresh and so tender. My husband orders the bun plates and those don’t disappoint either. Now I’m always looking for excuses to be in Vallejo. Their service is awesome too. Friendly and quick. Restroom is clean. Nothing but good things to say. But seriously...
