This is the second time that I ordered a VT PEPPERMINT WHITE MOCHA AND GOT BACK TO WORK AND IT WAS HOT CHOCOLATE WITH PEPPERMINT. And I paid $6.95. I would have taken back but it would have cost me more in gas & time.
The label was correct but not the drink.

They can’t read little sticker that tells them exactly how to make drink then when you tell them they made it wrong customer service is right out the door. Too many locations to waste my time and kiney here

Bad customer service, I ordered online and 3 employees won’t hand me the order and was told to go thru drive through but I have a big truck that I can’t . Besides the land was long , so I called customer service for refund and they aren’t helpful and they could issue a refund unless I have an account what a total rip off .

I like their appetizers, very delicious, the service is very friendly and helpful, I only have a little problem when I order online, it says that it is open to the public and it is not true, just because of handling.
The food was good but it was warmed up and I requested NOT warmed up. Oh well.

The Starbucks here is the worst! There is always someone with an attitude, they never want to fix orders. I’ve been inside & seen bullet holes in the window too. It’s not a Starbucks I recommend. I’ve never seen a worker smile here. Do yourself a favor and go into target instead. 0/10

This location doesn't have lobby open. It's hours of operation state 5am-9 pm yet the doors are always locked. Poor management accountability. Wouldn't recommend this location.
