This location doesn't have lobby open. It's hours of operation state 5am-9 pm yet the doors are always locked. Poor management accountability. Wouldn't recommend this location.

First of all, this is my first time writing a review for a Starbucks location. I have never been at a Starbucks that is not mindful of customers time. I had to wait to get help at the drive thru for approximately 40 minutes to only pick up my online order of a drip coffee which is already pre-made. While waiting in line you could see customers leaving the line because of how long it was taking to get someone to take our orders. To my surprise there was only one employee taking orders and preparing the drinks. I understand it was not the employee's fault but management needs to do something about this. It is not okay for a customer to wait in line for 40-45 min for a cup of coffee. So, if you want a cup of coffee within a reasonable wait time, this is not the place to go!

This place sucks! If you need coffee I suggest you go to the grocery store and make your own. The lobby don't open until 7 when states it opens at 530, Pauline was very rude and don't look like she appreciates her job, and my coffee tastes worse than the hotel coffee, good luck ?

I’ve always gone to this starbucks location, and its location is good but its service is not the best. They’re low on employees and they’re kind of slow. Especially because this Starbucks is at a good location, I expect good and better service from them compared to others. Today, I went through their drive thru, just to find out that the store was closed, I went there at 5:30 pm and they close 9:00. The store was closed but they didn’t put a sign up or anything so I stood in the drive thru for a bit. I expect more from this place.

Horrible experience here at drive thru this morning. . I asked for whipped cream and caramel drizzle..he added it sloppily and hastily and gave me a messy gob of whipped cream w drizzle leaking out I asked him to remake it he said "for real" . Like yes for real. I don't want this mess I'm paying five bucks for. So someone else remakes it and it's still messy. I drove off and it's cold the whole drink is they don't know how to make warm lattes with whipped cream here I will just stick to the other Starbucks on Sonoma they actually do it right

Completely unacceptable behavior. The minute I walked in the first and told me they weren't taking any more orders and told me I had to leave because of a homeless person that was outside. What the hell does that have to do with me getting a coffee? Corporate has some training they need to do.
