The food is great and the service is fast. Hours are convenient, definitely the best sushi you can get in the Vallejo area. Although others with more time on their hands would prefer to drive miles out to dine in, this restaurant is a gem for locals.

I recently stop by this place to order take out for my family and i. What was suppose to be a 10 min. wait ended up taking 25-30 min. And before I was given my order the employee asked me what i ordered to ensure the order was correct so I read out my sushi order before being handed the bag. By the time I reached my destination for my family and I to enjoy, it was disturbing to find out that the order I was given wasn't even mine. Not one thing in the sealed bag was of anything I ordered. I didn't have time to drive 15 minutes back to have this place correct my order and my family and I had to settle for someone else's order. I don't plan on returning here. Plus the sushi rice was a bit on the dry side, and we didn't like the teriyaki chicken that was in this order. This order had California rolls which is okay but I would of preferred my original order of the special unagi rolls

Saw a roach today in the restaurant. It’ jumped off the blinds to the table. Staff is nice, food was one of my favorites with vegan options. Will not be eating there again

This is my second time coming here. I ordered the deep fried spicy tuna roll & they don’t put sauce on like in the photos they display as their menu. Just leaves the tuna dry.

I've ordered beef curry here countless times and more often than not there is no beef in the curry! Only potatoes and carrots. It's too bad I'm not vegetarian otherwise this would be a great choice! I'll have to find beef curry elsewhere since there's barely meat in this dish.
This place is terrible. Found hair on my rolls. The teriyaki is bad. The place is really run down and no AC ..and definitely not good price value. Eat here at your own risk. I didnt finish my food...
WAAAAAYYYY overpriced mediocrity. $30 for two rolls and two sodas. Don't waste your money. Go someplace that won't rip you off for Safeway quality sushi.

I worked in that same plaza. Definitely a good place to grab good Japanese food if you're in a rush. They usually get busy during lunch 12pm to 130pm so call your order in. Price is fair considering what you order but not too expensive.
Food just isn't good here. Tried it a couple times and I just didn't like their sushi. Rice is mushy and there really isn't much of a variety. All the rolls seem to contain similar ingredients. The chicken karaage was like popcorn chicken and was mostly small hard pieces of the coating. Service is friendly you go to the counter and order your food and pick it up when called. Ambiance is very fast food like. Better off going to Yo sushi or for a little more, go to Matsuri's.
