Very delicious very affordable Mexican cuisine. I came he once and when I wanted to come get more I got lost. But I stumbled across it about a year later same way I did the first time. One thing is for sure I won't get lost again
Went to Taco Jalisco taco truck one night and ordered an Asada quesadilla, two asada tacos and a pastor taco. The quesadilla and pastor taco were for myself and were really flavorful! It's hard to get a good quesadilla from a taco truck and taco Jalisco definitely did their thing with that one. All of the food was hot and made made perfectly. This is by far my favorite burrito truck. The birria burrito is so delicious! Any time I am passing through Vallejo, I rummage through my bag and car to see if I have enough cash to stop by this awesome spot to get my fix! The garlicky crema really seals the deal for me. :) Salsas can be hit or miss, but when they're good...they're GOOD!
