cheese pandesal fave of my wife
Popular Filipino bake shop located next to Seafood City where you can get your basic Filipino baked goods. I came in specifically to purchase their empanadas (chicken and beef) and the carioca. They were busy on a Friday afternoon, so the line to pay was backed up. This bake shop is not very big, so it can feel a little crowded at times. The cashier tends to try to promote items (upsell) for you to purchase as you are checking out. The general area is a little sketchy as there are a bunch of homeless people walking around in the nearby streets and sometimes in the parking lot. Seafood City does hire security that hang out outside, so there is less homeless walking around near the stores and restaurants now.

Wonderful!
we bought a white “puto” on May 8 with an expiration date of May 13 and already rotten. It appears they have adjusted the expiration date. Folks be careful.
Used to come here on my way home from school, now I drop in every time I'm in the Bay.
Great place to get PanDeSol. My family had me get multiple bags often. I’ve never gotten anything else there. I recommend.
Favorite place to purchase pandesal and all Filipino bakery items for every occasion. From siopao, to Ensaymada, bitsu bitsu, halaya, ube, lumpia, Turon. Valerios has been in Vallejo for years and the number one bakery for Filipino pastries. Located at the Seafood city plaza in Vallejo, there’s a card minimum for purchase and Tuesdays is 10% off for seniors. They also take Apple Pay!
Quite pleased with the freshness of their baked goods so far.
Will be my "go to" for sliced bread.
Forget about your average "supermarket bought" I'm hooked on Valerio's.
Discovered this bakeshop through Pinoy Fried in Vallejo. 🇵🇭
Try the sliced loaf!

Consistency should be practiced here!
One employee refuses to bag your purchases if you bring your bags (to save on bag fees); yet another employee has no problem! Why should I have to bag my own purchases? This employee is wearing gloves!!
Pay attention to customer when he's in front of you, and not engage in conversation with other employees!
If not for the fact my father likes the rolls, I would not patronize your store!
Listen up!!

$10 minimum on cards. Turon is extremely sweet--too sweet IMHO. Good coco rolls. Donut was stale. Stuff on discount/day old looked same as stuff on regular "fresh" shelves. Haven't tried the ensaymada yet. I had to overbuy due to the card limit so I was less excited about the baked goods.
