Yes, it's open but I suspect under new management. Stopped by here with a friend Friday afternoon and the place was completely empty. We were apprehensive but starving so we gave it a try. We both had the chicken adobo and shared a huge Caesar salad. It was excellent! Lovely table by window, right on the water, the server was pleasant and accommodating, and the pricing was very, very affordable. I highly recommend this charming spot!

I don't go out my way to put negative reviews. But me and my wife watched one of the chefs sneeze in the kitchen area and did not cover up their mouth. I'm not even sure he washed his hands afterwards. I'm sorry but we got a refund and dipped.

This place is soooo good I'm tried different hibachi around the bay Kobe,Benihana,Hana Japan etc none of them compare to this little whole in the wall seriously the staff was so nice the steak,salmon and short ribs are so flavorful and delicious i was pleased with everything. The crazy thing is i came across this place after being disappointed by the service at Good day cafe only to find this hidden jem thanks staff and host for treated me and my father so awesome and giving us free drinks to sip out on the peer but you made my Father's Day special and we WILL be back

This place used to be the most awesome little dive bar and restaurant right on the river but now it's a turned into a chain restaurant with crappy food (weekend special is clam chowder with cauliflower - gross) and a clueless and surly staff. Please bring back the old Viks and get rid of these new lease holder. We don't have many options in Vallejo and now we have one less.

I was really rooting for this place. Loved tge outdoor seating and view. Bartender seemed friendly enough. However, the Burgers took over an hour to be served, and when they were, the food was cold. I could have accepted the wait if the food was better, but it was disappointing. I'm told they are hit and miss with kitchen, but drinks are fine if you want to hang out on the barge.
Another amazing Bay Area gem that I kind of hope stays a little hidden. Food is quite rustic but it really adds to the charm. Portions are spot on and the seafood is killer! The bartenders and servers are like magicians because one night I came there and there was only one server helping everyone in the room all by herself. The crab cakes are my favorite I don’t know who put that recipe together but they may start to become a serious problem lol
