The short version: - Lobster was overcooked, potato puree was bland, pastry on the Wellington was doughey, pressured into sitting at the bar instead of the table I reserved I've eaten at several Gordon Ramsay restaurants including this Hell's Kitchen, the one in Vegas and Tahoe. I made an 845 reservation and was running a few minutes late (850). When I went to check in, I felt pressured to sit at the bar instead of a table on the floor. “We're closing down the floor and can't guarantee seating”. I prefer a table, which is why I made a reservation, but i was a few minutes late and could tell this girl wanted to go home so I sat at the bar. The bartender Nathan was amazing, at least in his personality. I started with lobster risotto. The portion was small, and while the risotto was good, the fried bits were soft instead of crispy, like they came from a bag. More than that, the lobster was tough. I couldn't cut it with my fork. Last time I had a similar experience and they had to remake it. This time, despite leaving most of the lobster on the plate, no one asked how it was so I just went without a replacement. The Wellington itself was cooked perfectly, but the pastry didn't quite cook through as well as normal and had a pretty thick dough layer inside. The carrots paired with it were cooked perfectly. The parsnips were close but probably needed 30 second longer. The puree with the Wellington was pretty good, particularly mixed with the reduction sauce served with the Wellington. I also ordered a side of potato puree, not realizing the Wellington also came with potato puree (would have been nice to be told this when I ordered both). It had chives and a dollop of sour cream. It lacked flavor overall. I wouldn't order it again. I also ordered a side of asparagus which was a highlight. I'm not exactly sure what it's paired with the sauce (maybe truffle butter of some kind?) made the asparagus incredible. Lastly, the sticky toffee pudding was great as always.

Everything I experienced at Hell's Kitchen was very professional. Our server was on point answered all our questions and made great suggestions. The filet was perfect and the sides were too. I ordered a Cadillac Margarita and it was especially good very strong. The dessert Chocolate Mouse was simply fantastic. I would recommend Hell's Kitchen to anyone especially for any special occasion. I have reservations for News Year at Hell's Kitchen and look forward to the experience again. Thank you for a great time. Gregory Dennis

Jason was absolutely amazing, he gave me great recommendations for my diabetes and great explanations for food. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Not once did we feel forgotten. The food came out in a timely manner. My husband loved his surprise birthday dessert. We would definitely come back again. The only down side to the whole meal was the beef Wellington, it was over rated and did not deliver. The New York strip was delicious! That's my recommendation.

My dining experience at Hell's Kitchen was amongst the best experiences I've ever had. The food was spectacular, the service was impeccable, and the ambience was absolutely wonderful. Definitely worth the hype.

I had the lobster risotto and filet mignon and I am telling you I've never tasted anything that delicious

We booked what was advertised as the “front row experience” at Hell’s Kitchen to celebrate a birthday, thinking it would be something special. Spoiler alert: it’s just a booth in the corner where you’re front row to being forgotten.

Our servers barely checked in, and we waited nearly an hour from the start of our reservation before any food arrived. When it finally did, it was… fine. Not great, not awful — just mid. For a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, we expected better than “generic casino dining with themed lighting.”

To top it off, our entire party drove an hour or more to get here for what was supposed to be a memorable birthday dinner. Instead, we got slow service, average food, and seating that felt like an afterthought.

Between the hype, the wait, and the “front row” that’s anything but, this felt more like Hell’s Waiting Room than Hell’s Kitchen. Save yourself the drive — there are far better ways to celebrate.

The restaurant is nice a little dark inside so need to use the light from your phone to view the menu. Everything on the menu is a la carte and not have much of a variety and the prices are extremely high, we were told its because they buy the best ingredients, the waiter was nice ,knowledgeable. We asked him about the meatballs if they were enough for 4 people and we were told yes, when they came out they were so small taste was not that good, anyway the food in general was not good for everyone at the table and you get small portions but the bill was really HIGH.. NOT WORTH going to the restaurant you pay for the name not the food.

Have never eaten there. Dont know how they get that info, only that I played slots at Harrahs, which is adjacent to the games.

I ordered the new york stripsteak medium rare and the first steak came out well done. They replaced the steak with another one that was ALMOST medium rare, but it was so fatty I couldn't eat it.

Everything else that we ate there was good.

We came here last year it was 5/5. This time, our appetisers were great but our Beef Wellington entrees were blah. Gordon Ramsay would be embarrassed to have his brand and recipes associated with what we were served tonight. Cold, under seasoned food.

Exactly as we expected. Every bite was full of flavor. My favorite was the lobster risotto. Don’t skip the dessert . Sticky toffee pudding is must try. Expect $150 per person.

Date of visit was September 6, ‘25. Absolutely fantastic from the moment you walk up to the outside of the restaurant. Walk in the door and you feel you will have a good experience. Immediately asked if we were celebrating anything before we were even seated at our table. Once we were at our table, the service was top-notch, pleasant and enjoyable. Our waiter treated us like we were his friends even though we had just met. Service was prompt. Glasses were refilled with beverages without need of asking. Very knowledgeable about the food. The atmosphere top-notch, wonderful seating, great ambience. Even down to the flatware and dishes. They were the same ones. I’ve seen them used on a show. Very nice. Chairs very comfortable to sit in. The food absolutely did not disappoint. We had the lobster risotto, which had me asking why I hadn’t had anything like that before in my life. The scallops wonderful. My fillet absolutely scrumptious, cooked to perfection. Asparagus, crab for my steak topper wonderful. Dessert the Chocolate Mousse wonderful with the chocolate gelato, so rich and fulfilling. The signature dessert from Gordon Ramsay of sticky toffee pudding was divine. Also very rich and decadent.

Coming away from the experience the meal was wonderful. I loved being there and would not hesitate to go back in the future. Yummmmmy!!!!!!

I went to hell's kitchen, took my wife and friends. I had the Grilled Shrimp Caesar salad and the New York Steak....Way to much Lemon sprayed on the salad, The croutons were hard as rocks and they forgot the shrimp and I told the server and he brought me 3 ice cold shrimps that was just like they were taking out of a costco frozen food section. and as for the steak. It was crap! All fat and grissell, every bite was grissell I couldn't eat it. Fortunately my wife's said her salmon was good. But she wouldn't recommend the baked cauliflower, all it was a small whole uncut cauliflower in a bowl that was........well, that's it! maybe it was rolled around on grill top a couple of times but still cold, nothing like cold cauliflower to make you think your at a 5 start restaurant, also our friends Lobster risotto was undercooked, needed a couple of minutes, also the Beef Wellington look like it was missing something.... taste. Chef Ramsay lives off of his fame and reputation but this was worse then any restaurant in town... in fact I wish I did go to a different restaurant, but it was for my wife and her friends, she always wanted to go. But I myself would never serve that kind of crap... I just told my Wife I was not very hungry, did want to ruin her evening... at least I now no I'm better in the kitchen then Ramsay so call Master Chefs..

“I wouldn’t come here unless someone paid for me”. This is Hell’s Kitchen. Overpriced food just because Gordon made the recipe. Out of 11 things ordered only 1 item stood out - the wagyu meatballs which is an appetizer not an entree.

My husband came home and THREW UP the food…

They have a limited dessert menu, but the dessert prices were normal prices.
The food was cold when it was brought out . The dish itself was hot but the food was not. I think they transfer the food to a hot dish.

Our waiter George was great and provided recommendations and did not judge or comment on anything out of line. The assistant waiters looked like they rolled out of bed. They took a while to bring things out and refill waters. The assistant waiter brought out a dessert which toppled over and was smeared around the plate. I asked what is this and they just walked away.

From watching Hell’s Kitchen the restaurant wants to depict the kitchen as open but the only open part was when they assembled the plates not the actual cooking. You can only see the chefs upper bodies so not really the kitchen and preparation they want to advertise. The place was clean and the aesthetics were cool. The wine staff gave a couple a tour of their wine room but did not offer it to us. Which I thought was a loss in sales. I would’ve gotten wine if I had a tour and the same experience as the other couple.
I asked the bartender for an extra pick and he reprimanded me not to touch them even though I was not reaching for them.
We also mentioned a birthday and they didn’t offer anything or acknowledge.
