My family cannot stop talking about our wonderful experience we had at HK! From the beginning to end, the gift shop items, to the waiting area (was fast with a reservation), to the fine dining, stellar food and over the top service! Whoa we were impressed with it all. Expect to spend alot for fantastic food and drinks.
Review is based on our most recent trip. The service was great. The food was a mix of good and semi-good. For appetizers we had the lobster risotto and the bone marrow. The lobster risotto was a little salty for my liking, but the lobster was juicy and tender. The bone marrow was absolutely delicious. I don’t usually like bone barrow but this one was exceptional. For the entrees we had the filet mignon and the beef Wellington. The beef Wellington was okay, the mushroom wrap...

New Zealand Lamb was quite good. Atmosphere was awful: the place was half-full and the acoustics are so bad that we couldn’t hear the conversation at our own table. Service was average.
In summary, unless and until they install sound dampening - throughout the restaurant, we won’t be back.
