Stopped in last night with a friend for the first time and it will definitely be our last. Took a seat at the bar and ordered a milkshake, soup and nachos. The milkshake came out relatively quickly but after over an hour of waiting for nachos and soup, we were told the manager was working on the ticket. We had hoped that meant we would be receiving our items in the next couple of minutes but once plate after plate after plate of food continued to get handed to tables that were sat after us, including soup and nachos, we said we were done waiting. Our server said ‘I was told it was delivered’. Nothing was delivered… We walked away after almost 90 minutes of waiting.

Food is always great, service is great, but depending on where you are seated, you could be inhaling second hand smoke as the open restaurant is right next to the smoking section of the casino. Maybe make the area by the restaurant non smoking!!

Love this place. Fish & chips dinner is delicious. Firecracy shrimp is plenty for an entree. Cooked perfectly, I might add ?.

Being Hispanic and have a Federal Disability which I was taken to court with lies from the security staff and main director of security from valley view casino after my epileptic seizures with accusations that weee lies unfortunately
They wouldn’t hear my case and just banned me without giving me a second chance to prove my disability is under control and touching someone in an epileptic seizure is not the same as someone being on drugs which I believe I was accused of.
Sad they aren’t as nice as they advertise about disabled individuals welcomed.

The San Diego burger was delicious. We arrived at 3pm when they opened, food came around 3:50. The waitress came back to our table one time after we got our food. Our fries and tater tots were cold but the burgers were hot. I recommend eating here if you aren't in a rush.

Been here a few times, generally easy to get into on a date night. The food is really, really good. They do a better steak than most local steakhouses at a reasonable cost. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall great experience and will return again.
