Saturday mid-afternoon I was looking for a quick bite to eat. Decided on a hot dog & salad. The Cafe which is consistently good in terms of service, menu selection and food taste/preparation closes relatively early (2:00 PM) so the only other immediately available (or so I thought) option was the Snacks/Stixx window (Note: a few tables & chairs are available). Ended up standing in line for 65 minutes primarily because it was crowded but also because the service was very slowwww. The food service manager & team did not anticipate more than a few customers; so, they were not prepared! Shame on them!!!

Who owned this place. Counters ladies were rude and very slow. They had a line and numbers systems. Those whose stand in line with their number and who don't. When asked why they're serving people without numbers, their response was go complaints with the management. So rude!!!!!

This site is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a superb lunch, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. fresh and varied food and a large list of dishes.great staff members, and nice atmosphere. And very important, the tariff is fair. I sent my friends to this restaurant with no hesitation.
