Buffet is too bad prepared Lobster, Beef put on my plate locked wasn't delicious without sauce spices, veggie ,haricot been doesn't clean doesn't looked nice prepared!Chinese food is too much salty and oil charged $25 plus of Casino total ..$48..The menu doesn't has many foods why called it's buffet...

If there was a way to give this negative stars I would. For starters it’s a little ridiculous years out from the pandemic that this place hasn’t returned to a true buffet. I guess squeezing every dollar out of food cost is much more important than a buffet experience for the guest. I’m an actual paying customer and not one of the many people who utilize this “buffet“ to exercise their comp privileges. I guess if it’s free, you can’t complain, but if you’re throwing 40 bucks for this poor excuse of a buffet, with horrible service, and terrible atmosphere, at least you should be able to get up and serve yourself the burger place across the casino is good and so is the black and blue steakhouse. I’ll pay for that, but this buffet has become a running joke.

They gave me a old ice tea with a bunch of Lemons already squeeze in it! Then tried to tell me it was fresh. This is the 3rd time coming here after the lock downs and it has only been good once out of the three times. I miss the days before the lock downs!

This place is just a scam to get you into the casino. Only blue card members can go but they don’t make it obvious. They make it sound like members just are able to do reservations. Waste of time, no other casino does this.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Unless you are tier 2+. The Buffet opened at 330 and we were waiting in line for at least 10-15 mins for the cashier to tell us we can't eat here unless we have a players club card AND we must be at least tier 2 or higher. What kind of casino buffet requires a players card to eat? I've never heard of this before. Very discriminatory. If that's how the rules are at least post a big sign to let people know so they don't waste their time waiting in line just to be told we can't eat here. Silliest buffet rule at a casino I've ever heard of.

Party of 5+ BEWARE
My party of 7 went this passed Sunday 6/2/24 - The Buffet Proceed to the Buffet/Restaurant line to pay and be seated at 7:30pm, the wait line was not that long - probably a 15 min wait or less. By the time we paid ...we were told they did not have many tables for party of 5 or more and we had to be separated to be seated, we kindly asked to be seated all together we came to dine as a family.. They did let us it would be a wait until a table came available and we were ok with that. We were obviously a large group waiting to the side and it seemed the waiters/workers were tired of seeing us there - they kept on pushing for us to sit separately. Very Pushy. Browsing around I did see many available tables that could easily be put together for a family of 7 but we were told they could not do so. We didn't end up being seated till ALMOST 8:30pm - during that time our party went to the restroom, and went to the bar for drinks - actions that don't require alot of time, we had older people in our party who could not sit for much time so we had them sit around the corner to the nearest slot machines - not playing just sitting at the slot machine.. by the time we got called to be seated, 1 gentleman got really bothered because one of the elder adults in our party was sitting at a slot - he did not want us to walk to our table until all of us were together - we understood that but when we mentioned why the adult was sitting just feet away he started mouthing off why didn't know one tell HIM we needed a chair ( since checking in / paying we had never seen him), he would have brought over a couple of chairs for the adults to sit. Very Rude. A number of waiters were present when this gentleman started making smart remarks. Once seated we were rushed to order and order... We didn't really enjoy our meal and with that experience it made it worse
Out of the party of 7 - 4 of them was their first time at that casino - they were not that pleased.
