Everything about our dinner at Black&Blue Steakhouse was exceptional. The restaurant is elegant and serene. Our waiter, Mel, was very attentive at all times. The food was excellent, not only the taste but the presentation as well. The Restaurant Manager, Elizabeth M., was also present, checking on the customers. She was very personable and expressed sincere concern that her customers were enjoying their food and experience. My husband and I left knowing that this was the restaurant that we would come back to on our special occasions. This restaurant and all the staff deserve a 10+. Elizabeth appears to have a well run restaurant and a staff who are proud of what they do.

We eat at Black & Blue and have never come away disappointed. The service is outstanding, and the food is always cooked perfectly. I wish it was a little closer our house, so we could eat there weekly!

Black And Blue never disappoints, of course they are human and every once in a while, I've eaten something there that wasn't absolutely perfect. I had the prime rib there once and I didn't think it was the best I've ever had. But the ribeye and the fillet mignon are always perfect. It's just a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have not tried it yet.

The new manager is exceptional and the food as usual was sublime. This place is an absolute must!!! Their new menu items are awesome. Especially the carrot cake. Can't wait to go back.

The food was very good. Mom and I split a CLUB Sandwich that was perfect (we had them keep the avocado—yuck). We were surprised when the server brought us three blueberry muffins and a bowl of soft whipped butter— on the house! The muffins were heated and the butter melted easily for a perfect treat.
The Cafe was crowded and clearly a regular favorite for many casino members. We stood in line for a good 15 minutes before getting our name on the guest wait list. About 5 minutes later I got a text that our table was ready. They pulled out a chair to easily slide in mom’s wheelchair.
Although it was nice and the food was good, it was a lil more cramped for space than I’m comfortable with. We will stick with Patties & Pints. Not so crowded and spot on awesome.

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge! I ended up taking some home. Overall, I’m definitely coming back to this restaurant since I just became a member of Valley View Casino today! 🩷
