Funner California is no fun! It is smoky, the security is horrible, people throw beers on each other and it’s just not well run. Very poorly managed. We won’t be back.
The hot pastrami sandwich had more flavor than any sandwich should have, yet it was amazing! The coleslaw was not as good as we hoped, but the french fries were crispy and delicious. The steak sandwich was tasty. There were too many tomatoes, but that's easily remedied. If I could only order one thing over again, it would be the butternut squash macaroni and cheese! That was phenomenal. We ate at Rita's the day before, and it was not remarkable, but The Cafe is definitely somewhere we would return. The service here was really great; the staff is friendly and communicates well.

Our server was attentive and made great recommendations. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Lobster risotto was delicious as well as the Beef wellington dish. Will definitely go back to try other dishes.
Our server Brandon was amazing!! The food was good but, I think I expected the food to blow me away and it did not. I am a professional chef and am quiet the foodie, so when we came for our anniversary I was stoked to try Hell's Kitchen since we couldn't get a reservation when we were in Vegas this past August. The meatballs were pretty tasty, I enjoyed the lobster risotto and, my husband enjoyed his beef Wellington. I ordered the short ribs and this is the dish where they really fell short for me, they didn't taste like short ribs at all, they tasted like unseasoned chuck roast. And, they probably could've been braised longer as the texture was still pretty tough. Our server was very kind, and noticed that I didn't really touch it (I took two bites) and he took it off our bill. All in all it was a fun experience and we are glad we tried it out. Is this a meal I'll never forget and crave again, probably not.
We went back to Hell's Kitchen and had a much better experience. They went out of their way to take care of us. The waiter was excellent, engaging and insightful. The food was very good we had Lobster Risotto it was great, we did get one that was not hot and let them know they replaced it with a hot one. My wife had Tandori Chicken it was cooked to perfection and very good. I had Filet Mignon Oscar style with Crab it was great. For Desert we had Sticky Pudding it was great. They have a great wine list we had Clos DuVal Cab it was great. We had a great time and really enjoyed it.
Absolutely ridiculous. Already overpriced food but on top of that they want to charge an extra 5 dollars if you want to get a Togo order. Manager doesn't know how to deal with people, very rude.

Table was wobbling and we asked multiple times for someone to fix it. The server took my napkin and silverware and did not bring me a new set with my entrée. Food was not good unfortunately and for the prices was disappointing. It was an experience and we'll stick to Mastros from now on. We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary.
The food at Hell's Kitchen is delicious and consistent over the two visits we've made. The beef Wellington is a must have and the sticky toffee pudding for dessert is the right amount of sweet that hits the spot! I'd definitely recommend this place for a date night or a pre-show meal!
Great food. I had the Beef Wellington, and the meat was so tender. My partner had the lamb chops, which was served with a savory tomatoe puree. Service was also excellent. Unfortunately the noise level was too loud for us. We're older and would prefer a quieter ambiance.
Nowhere close to the reviews that i watched and the food we saw on the shows. I dont have much experience with high end restaurants (just on special occasions) but i do know my food. I ordered the scallop apps, i got a 3-piece scallop, i was expecting a 5-pc, the beef wellington was tiny, the lobster risotto was half portion, the oysters were the smallest oysters ive ever seen, the braised prime rib was good but the bread it was sitting on was not edible, dessert was good. the best one i had was the lobster mac and cheese and the wine. For 2 people, i paid over $500 + tip. The waiters were awesome.

Birthday party of 4. Ambience is upscale and place was busy. Food was average and bill was over $700 for 4 people, including gratuity. Cocktails, seafood appetizer, entrees, and dessert. Every stage was rushed by the server from one course to the next. And the server struggled with the tab at the end because we had some casino comps to apply. It took 2 people from our table to settle and kind of ruined the end of the dining experience. For fine dining and special occasion, I prefer to take my time and enjoy some space between courses, and the bill should have been handled by management. Sorry, GR, it could have been so much better.
I brought a group of seniors who had never been there before. They treated us like royalty !! Best experience ever. Our waitress was so kind and helpful with my residents. It was a night we will never forget. Thank you
The Steak Tartar was not prepared well there were large chunks of meat that were very tough to chew. The Lobster Risotto did not live up to expectations. The wait staff was very good and the ambience was nice. However, the quality does not match the Gordon Ramsey restaurants in Las Vegas. It was not worth the price.
From start to finish the experience was amazing! We were greeted immediately and recognized for the birthday event. Our server Brandon was outstanding and all our dishes extremely delicious and presented with great care. Such a memorable experience.
The front desk was amazing as usual. The food was amazing as usual. The short ribs are the best and the asparagus is mouth watering. My server this time , (unlike George) was very slow , didn't understand my order, and I waited forever for just a copy of my check I asked for. I had to go to the desk to ask her to finally print it out. George was off his shift basically but saw I didn't even have water about 15 minutes in and served me water. I love this place most times I come but wasn't up to par this time.
