We decided to try it again after reading reviews that they've done some updates and change things. To us it's still the same my husband got the classic breakfast his was good but as you can see from the picture of the toast is really burned. I got the grilled cheese sandwich added bacon absolutely horrible you could tell from the pictures that the cheese is not melted at all the Bacon's not cooked enough cuz it has all these stringy fat things in it. And what made it worse is these gorgeous looking french fries got placed in front of me that were Stone Cold

Hungry from gambling or being at the pool? This cafe is located inside the Harrahs SoCal resort. They serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. You have a lot of choices for you to sit down and enjoy. Prices are a bit expensive, so make sure you sign up for awards card to get a discount or use your casino points. There is no kids menu, but there is plenty of stuff to enjoy. it’s not the greatest food here at the resort, but it will do. The staff is amazing.

$20 burger but they charge for ranch seriously. The trader tots where awful and way too dry.

My wife and I just had the best time. I suggest any of the steaks or burgers are great. They hand grind the beef and press their patties fresh every other day. And the banana split is brulee'ed and the 7 layered chocolate cake is the best. The ice cream is real vanilla bean and dark chocolate. Just super quality and unexpected. The Chef here takes it to the next level.

We waited in line for 45 minutes. The host only seated the diamond line. I asked her isn't she suppose to alternate both lines. She said yes and proceeded to sit the people in the diamond line. Came back and tells us there are no more tables available with a smirk on her face. She disappeared for 20 more minutes. Another host came back and again proceeded to sit a family that just walked up to a table. When it was our turn to sit down they tried putti g us in the very corner. I asked to sit at a both and the host started arguing with me that we will not get fast service. We ordered our food and one of the 2 dinners ordered was meatloaf. This was the worst meatloaf I have ever seen and tasted. The meatloaf was hard, no flavor and didnt look like meatloaf at all. We let the server know and she offered to add more gravey. We said no and asked her to take it back. She didnt remove the meal from our order but charged us $10.00 for eating some of the vegetables. Service was horrible food was
Horrible.

Good food with plenty of options to choose from.

Funner California is no fun! It is smoky, the security is horrible, people throw beers on each other and it’s just not well run. Very poorly managed. We won’t be back.

The hot pastrami sandwich had more flavor than any sandwich should have, yet it was amazing! The coleslaw was not as good as we hoped, but the french fries were crispy and delicious. The steak sandwich was tasty. There were too many tomatoes, but that's easily remedied. If I could only order one thing over again, it would be the butternut squash macaroni and cheese! That was phenomenal. We ate at Rita's the day before, and it was not remarkable, but The Cafe is definitely somewhere we would return. The service here was really great; the staff is friendly and communicates well.

Our server was attentive and made great recommendations. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Lobster risotto was delicious as well as the Beef wellington dish. Will definitely go back to try other dishes.

Our server Brandon was amazing!! The food was good but, I think I expected the food to blow me away and it did not. I am a professional chef and am quiet the foodie, so when we came for our anniversary I was stoked to try Hell's Kitchen since we couldn't get a reservation when we were in Vegas this past August. The meatballs were pretty tasty, I enjoyed the lobster risotto and, my husband enjoyed his beef Wellington. I ordered the short ribs and this is the dish where they really fell short for me, they didn't taste like short ribs at all, they tasted like unseasoned chuck roast. And, they probably could've been braised longer as the texture was still pretty tough. Our server was very kind, and noticed that I didn't really touch it (I took two bites) and he took it off our bill. All in all it was a fun experience and we are glad we tried it out. Is this a meal I'll never forget and crave again, probably not.

We went back to Hell's Kitchen and had a much better experience. They went out of their way to take care of us. The waiter was excellent, engaging and insightful. The food was very good we had Lobster Risotto it was great, we did get one that was not hot and let them know they replaced it with a hot one. My wife had Tandori Chicken it was cooked to perfection and very good. I had Filet Mignon Oscar style with Crab it was great. For Desert we had Sticky Pudding it was great. They have a great wine list we had Clos DuVal Cab it was great. We had a great time and really enjoyed it.
