I've endured my fair share of lackluster gas station breakfast burritos, so finding this gem has been a real treat. I randomly stopped in right at their 7:00 a.m. opening and was immediately impressed by how well they've decorated the place and utilized the space. Even with what they had to work with, the layout feels inviting and functional. Their selection was also notable: breakfast burritos, sandwiches, quiche, muffins, and a tempting array of bakery goods were all neatly presented. The breakfast burritos are a standout – so good, in fact, that I've returned every day since. While I haven't yet ventured into their bakery items, they certainly look promising. If you're tired of disappointing grab-and-go breakfasts and appreciate a well-organized and pleasant environment, this place is worth checking out.“

“I have been be a loyal customer of Fusion since they opened. The service has always been the best. The owner is fantastic especially when my kiddo was young. One of the grill cooks is one my favorite people and just a genuinely good person all the way around. I have gotten menu items and they aren't bad. But I prefer the buffet because I have that down to a science now. This will be one of my most missed places when I move. And I can promise nothing will compare. Valley Springs is so lucky to have you here and so happy that after all these years, you have stayed.“

“This is the hidden gem of the San Andreas/ Jackson area. The food is delicious and the quality is great. One of my favorite places to get a sandwich. I love the outdoor area sitting under the big trees. My go to spot to stop when in the area, I even make the detour if it's not quite on the path to where I am going. The customer is always great to.“
