“I had the most great experience with the owner Mo that owns this bakery. I was out looking for a few solid red ornaments that I could not find anywhere. I met Mo shopping when I mentioned to my husband about the red ornaments and she happened to over hear our conversation and said oh are you looking for solid red ornaments ? I said yes. Then she told me I could come to pickup some spare ones she had that she wasn’t using at her bakery , MO’s Bakery in Valley Springs. What a doll, not only a great person for offering the ornaments but super nice lady and wouldn’t take any money for them. She blessed me with these ornaments to top off I bought 3 cream puffs with a cream filling with berries filling. These were the best cream puffs I have ever tasted, and great friendly person. If you’re looking for goodies don’t miss this place. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Mo very much for your help in finishing my new trees decorations. They were perfect. “Having grown up eating Southeast Asian food due to my mom’s time in Thailand, I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavors of the drunken noodles at this Thai restaurant in Valley Springs. The dish truly captures the essence of Thai cuisine. While I’ve only tried the drunken noodles so far, I’m confident that the rest of their menu is equally delicious. Definitely worth a visit!“

“I have been be a loyal customer of Fusion since they opened. The service has always been the best. The owner is fantastic especially when my kiddo was young. One of the grill cooks is one my favorite people and just a genuinely good person all the way around. I have gotten menu items and they aren't bad. But I prefer the buffet because I have that down to a science now. This will be one of my most missed places when I move. And I can promise nothing will compare. Valley Springs is so lucky to have you here and so happy that after all these years, you have stayed.“

“Has updated furniture and the menus have been re- made. Excellent sandwiches and dessert. Couple of beers, soda & canned drinks. This is inside a converted house. Big groups during warm weather outback offers much room. The inside isn't real roomy. Parking can fill up in warm weather months.“
